★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked in 31th December 2020 around 17:30-18:00 with unfriendly “welcome” of the reception lady.
Get into the room with weird smell and found such incredible things in the right closet.... food trash left by guests before?? in the night the light was gone, no shower gel refilled in shower booth...toilet paper was used 90% and still left in there for new customer?!
Unmmm can not believe this as 4 star hotel, go to reception and complained all in the next morning and get feedback of simple “sorry... this is corona time so...”
Well, corona excuse doesn’t explain all i guess.
Last comment: no more than 1 star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is good by the water, with great views and free parking and the breakfast is regular. This is where the good news end...
When you arrive, your room might be in a building close by (like ours). That means that during the cold months, you have to dress up with your warmer clothes just to get to the main building for breakfast, for example.
For a 4 start hotel, the room seemed a bit small and specially, it had no toiletries besides hand wash and toilet paper, or even an extra blanket if you are cold during the evening.
To make our 1 night stay worst, apparently some lady activated the smoke detector while drying her hair in a foggy bathroom... During early dawn!!! The alarm rang for a long time, waking up everybody in that building... People went out with their thick coats on top of their pijamas (remember this was a cold November night) as we couldn't stay inside...
Overall, the experience was far from good...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely place. The hotel employees are very kind and they want to make your wishes come true. This Sunday they even started the breakfast 30 minutes earlier just for us. Awesome. The breakfast has a huge selection. All food had a very high quality.
My room was very clean and comfortable. Modern furniture and a comfortable bed. The wifi is free and you can easily watch streams :)
I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. I will defiantly book again in Fletcher hotels! Keep up the great work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful and quiet location. They advertise it as "by the sea", and while this is technically correct, it's situated next to a small port inlet. You can probably walk to the sea, though. The place is modern but build in old Dutch style. Not far from the village center. Also, when you stay here, you must visit Naarden Vesting. It's a 15 minute drive. Well worth it!

Very good service and a takeaway solution for meals.
NOTE - Make sure to check the room you receive before actually putting your things down. Ours seem to have been in the midst of renovation.
Also - the terrace is next to a huge and noisy A/C. It’s OK when you’re in the room, but not so nice when in the terrace.
Lastly - double check the bill before paying it. We almost paid twice for dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had diner in the restaurant. Beautiful place and very friendly waiters. Also the girl from the check-in was very friendly and very helpful, compliments for her. The card isn't that special, but I had a daily special, redfish on vegetables with bechamel and ravigotte sauce, just fantastic. My mother had saté Bali, she likes it too. A 5 star for my dish and the friendly staff!
