★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fletcher hotels seems to have many negative reviews so I did some research and came across this fletcher hotel. And to my delight I was very contented.
When we arrived we were already impressed with the building, so huge and attractive.
Parking: very huge parking garage which was included in the hotel package deal.
Check in: the check in was quick and the front desk clerks were very friendly.
Hotel room: 4th floor, neatly arranged.
Breakfast: the breakfast was a big plus! Wide variety of choices and the seating was so organized and corona proof. The dining room was very artistically designed, we were very impressed! Also can’t do without giving the attendant at the entrance of the dining room a compliment on her pleasant greeting.
There is a pool and gym as well, which is a really good look for this hotel!
This hotel has so much potential that we do hope that they would take the little tips that could actually make this hotel stand out even more.
Although most people don’t use the fitness lounge, there are just a few that do. The gym machines were broken and very rusty. 3 machines that could really be of good use. It’s such a pity that they were not useful. I hope that the hotel would look into this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a not so pleasant experience from the services offered to the food itself. The waiter took her time before attendin to us and we were the only partrons. I had to go to the reception to ask to be served.
Come dinner time the same waiter was rude and when we enquired about the menu she was agitated. My 3 friends and I will never go back ther

The rooms were nice and clean. Very comfy beds. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Spa area is very small but it wasn't crowded it was actually very nice ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t recommend, was there one night and it was not really pleasing. The bathroom was not clean and the chair was really dirty I do not know why. Also there is signs that it’s not allowed to order food, that’s a ridiculous rule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered kip saté, the sauce was old and thick like jelly pudding. Also the chicken tasted like a rubber band. Also others didn't like it and wondered if fresh ingredients were used.
The cups in the bathroom were not replaced and still had toothpaste on them. It seemed like the wasn't cleaned because the amount of dust is very visible. No headboard was present but the lining to get it placed was.
The breakfast was very nice though.
