★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel. Staff are very polite. Breakfast is basic but really good! Rooms are clean and tidy. Would stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ room was cold and air conditioning was not working. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the other rooms. Breakfast was poor. There is an orange fresh machine for juice in restaurant. Bed was very confortable.

Guests do not comply with the rules e.g. set for breakfast.
Service level of employees differs greatly but in general it is below average.
Stayed there 2 nights during weekend (Friday - Sunday) using the "Fat Friday" offer.
If you need a positive example how hotel employees stick to measures and do everything to avoid infections (for employees and guests) ... go to the NH Collection in Eindhoven.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic hotel and surrounding areas. Staying at this hotel was never planned. I’m glad my car broke down when it did because I had no choice but to stay a few nights here. Nice and clean and part of the memories I will always cherish. We did a road trip from London to Eppstein, Germany and back to the UK. On my way back car caused me some trouble and it was through that experience that I was able to stay here. I don’t regret anything that happened. If you’re thinking to book it but quite hesitant, just book it. You won’t be disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As soon as I walked in the door Maddy and Alysia welcomes me with a great smile and nice attitude, the atmosphere is really nice. The Hotel is right in front of shopping stores and the rooms are comfortable. Thanx Maddy and Alysia for being so professional and great customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly service, delicious food, reasonable prices, upbeat atmosphere, understated yet tasteful. Food took some time but it was well worth the wait....I had the stewed Venison (seasonal); cooked slowly in a delicious dark stew seasoned with herbs and pears served in a cast iron cocotte with a side of buttery potato croquettes. Delicious with a glass of red wine. I will return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is bizarre, in the middle of an industrial park next to football stadium.Quite far from anywhere. The room is Ok. Staff are OK. But this hotel is definitely not for a family. There are some sex workers at night in front of the hotel when i stayed there. No problem for me, but i can imagine it would be difficult to explain it to your children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked rooms by Booking then I had to change date of arrive to arrive one day faster but it was impossible ( 4 days before planned arrive and I knew that there were avaible rooms at the day I need because I checked that on their website). The same situation I had last week, my travel partner get a flu, It wasn't any problem for the hotel- they accept check in day by booking without any problem. I decide to call the hotel and explain and ask to change the date, people from hotel coldn't hepl me, they said last time they did an exception for me so I had to cancel and they charged me for whole reservation 166 €, I will never use that hotel chain again in the future and I will never recomend this hotels to any other worker from our company.
Many times I was guest of Fletcher but this time was the last one..
