β β β β β This was my fourth stay at this hotel. I find it convenient to stay overnight before I fly back to France after visiting my family in The Hague. I have always written glowing reviews about the hotel in thr past but this time I was sorely disappointed. The room was jaded and in need of refurbishment. There was a bleach stain on the carpet near the door; the room was hot and stuffy as the air conditioning was not working very well; when I adjusted the magnifying mirror in the bathroom my hand recoiled as I could feel something on the back, upon closer inspection I found that it was rusty; when I showered I found that the shower gel was completely empty and had to walk out of the shower to the sink and dispense gel from there, twice, as the gel bottle was locked to the wall; the bed was very uncomfortable, there was a topper mattress on it which kept sliding off. To go back to the hot and stuffy conditions in the room - I opened the windows but had to close them again because there was a lot of noise coming from the airport, understandable I suppose, but there was also a lot of noise coming from somewhere that sounded as though a party was goimg on! Much cheering, shouting, etc. So, I had to close the windows. I know I could have asked for another room but as I arrived late I got immediately ready for bed and didn't want to have to get dressed again and change rooms. As I have said, I have had nothing but praise for the hotel in the past. On a positive note, the staff cannot be faulted.

β β β β β Great hotel, wonderful and friendly staff. Delicious buffet breakfast. The rooms are large, spacious and well outfitted. The beds, linen and pillows are very comfortable. Stayed there several times over a 4 year period, 20 minute bus ride to Central Rotterdam

β β β β β Just one word "Awesome". Rooms are cleaned and hygienic with wonderful airport view.
It's in a prime location.
Drawback for Indian.
Hardly will get Indian food.
Need to carry Europe type adapter for charging.

β β β β β I cannot understand who rates these hotels. If come late at night there is absolutely no service. You really get the feeling that you are disturbing them. Here in these covid times they say they have a hard time earning money and getting customers! It's a lie? Never again Holland

β β β β β Nice hotel in the Rotterdam airport just next to it. Very nice rooms, big beds, not noisy. You don't listen nothing from the airport. There is a room on the hotel for the kids where to play. A small shop where to buy things that you forget. Very good restaurant also a very good buffet for breakfast and they can cook for you eggs, omelettes, ... Totally recommended
