★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing rooms and amazing service. Literate, polite, compessionate and patient staff.
We got treated like royalty upon our arrival from our previous nightmarish place of stay. The rooms are amazing, manager is a wonderful person, extremely friendly.
Beautiful place too, the setting is breathtaking, breakfast and dinner service are exquisite and so is the bar.

Waiters Luc and Esley are especially friendly and proficient at their work. Patience of a saint and a constant warm but vigilant attitude.
I felt like I should mention them specifically by name since they've helped us out a lot with dinner & drinks as well as with making us feel at home.
If you have either of them as your waiter for the night, give them a tip, they both deserve and earn every cent they get by sheer hard work and hospitality alone, not even to mention their fantastic personalities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small fridge for drinking water would be nice. Also, if you book a room for two, you'd expect one double bed, not two separate ones, standing side by side. Of course, they tend to move apart when you are least prepared. If replacing them is too expensive at least tie or screw them together and put a double mattress to hide the crease.
Other than that - very good. Tasty breakfast, very friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception was not friendly at all and asked for early-check , was informed to pay extra even though lots of rooms are empty. Bed sheets and pillows were with dirty hair , blood marks , insects and bugs. Apparently sheets and covers were not changed from the last guests. When I requested to change the sheets & covers, reception informed nobody worked at 18:00pm. Even though the second day the sheets were changed, but still lots of bugs and insects in bed, my legs were bite with red spots. Such commercial driven unfriendly hotel with poor low service , it is not deserved a four-star & I will never come back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The housekeeping with there hands that they get new cups to the rooms and change covers of the bed and pillows they take the bathroom and bedroom garbage and without cloves ... for any one staying now I advice him not to use any cups in the rooms and get your own pillows .... there are more but in general the hotel is unhygienic and not healthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a junior suite and was placed in a suite that literally surrounded the lift well. Listened to the lift go up and down all night and was kept awake by the lifts ventilation system that hummed the entire time. Alerted the staff to this when we arrived and no attempt was made to move us or assist in any way. Never staying in a Fletcher again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are austere and cool. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable. The decor that depicts the front of the chapel is dark. Some may like it.
Food crumbs found on the chair under the desk, strange black marks on "fresh" blanked and yellow spots on the floor spoiled the otherwise good impression of cleanliness. Good hotel for thrifty overnight stays.
