Very nice hotel, although the matrasses in the two-bed room were actually two seperate ones, causing the bed to sort of 'split' overnight. The food and service where great though, as was the room itself, so ultimately the beds were only a minor inconvenience.

Rooms are a bit minimalist. Food is good quality but the menu is limited. Beautiful area though!

Hotel was ok, nothing special. They are called "hotel & restaurant" but the dinner was pretty basic. I could've cooked better myself. With Corona they have "in-room dining". In good hotels it's just called "room service"! You can only eat in your room (which makes sense), but the rooms do not come with a menu. So you still have to walk through the hotel to order food. The room itself was spacious. We had a room for 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) and a bathroom for wheelchair users. The bathroom had no hooks to hang your towel/clothes (neither did the room) and was 1 open space, so if you showered the entire bathroom floor is wet. The buffet breakfast was pretty good. Good enough selection of food. Croissants, eggs, yoghurt, cereal, etc. But because of Corona you had to eat it in your room which was a bit of a hassle when you have to get food for 4 people and only 2 can carry a tray. There should be a trolley system for people with kids. I think the hotel has a lot of rooms but only 1 person at reception. So it can get busy there. Anyways, room was clean, beds were soft but comfortable (for a short stay), wifi was free and not excrutiating slow but don't expect too much, and staff was friendly. Room just lacked a lot of sockets (we even had to find one for the electric kettle) for all the devices that need a power charge these days and it did not have a mini fridge, which would have been handy since there is no bar... or menu.

Bed was comfy. Shower temperature easily adjustable. Toilet well maintained. No toothbrush or toothpaste available but we should have thought of that before hand.

Room was clean, location very nice, and friendly service, but room was very basic. Towels were thin. Paper coffee cups. Not even a little bottle of water. We paid €131. Definitely overpriced.

They rent out the pool to the public. It’s full of kid swim lessons so paying customers don’t get to use the pool. It’s unfortunate.

Beautifully located hotel with a gorgeous main building. Close to the Veluwe en surrounded by meadows and a dense forrest. Start your morning with a walk in the woods before breakfast. Perfect for work-related events such as a teamday, training or workshop. The food, however, is relatively outdated in terms of lunch and dinner options being offered. Breakfast was fine. Staff was friendly but unfortunately also a bit narrow minded and not very agile. Everything had to go according to their system/structure forgetting the wishes of the hotel guests in the process.

1. Bed is uncomfortable 2. Low maintenance on the rooms although outside they have maintained a lot 3. Unreasonable price for room service. 4. Mosquitoes, flies, insects.. God knows what not both in the restaurant and rooms. Overall not good experience.
