★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms furniture and decoration are pretty old as well as the bathroom which is not clean enough for me. The restaurant is offering meals with a very good value for money. Good to stay 1 or 2 nights, longer can be difficult !

Not too far from the city center.
But the room we got was not ok. Just next to the ventilation system from the kitchen they forgot to turn off making a huge noise during the night. Dead crushed mosquitoes on the wall. Shower not working well. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty, outdated rooms filled with muscuitos and very unfriendly staff at the reception left me unsatisfied. Its definitely overpriced. I stayed in the Hilton the next day in Aachen, same price, but exceeding every expectation.
The only thing carrying this place forward seems to be the restaurant staff that was extremely friendly and willing to help even if the restaurant itself seemed to be falling apart with dirty carpets and flickering lights.

Rooms are dated. Could use a little refurbishment. Nice ? to walk straight into the woods ☺️
You just walk to the backdoor and you find yourself in Germany in a very big forest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today morning I had a meeting with a client, at this very nice place at the border to Germany. Excellent Breakfast, and a medium size buffet. The service was very quick and attentive! Only point to mention is the fact that there is no service on the beautiful garden terrace in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They should really refurbish the place, the entire hotel has a musky smell. The entire hotel is outdated, but they should at least change the dirty old damaged carpet. The bed was uncomfortable. The showering cabin was moldy and damaged. I was expecting at least a decent hotel given the stars they supposedly have. This was my second stay at a Fletcher hotel and I'm never booking a room in these hotels ever again, even if the rooms were for free. I'm so disappointed.
