★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean room, comfy bed, good location. Outdated facility and dirty carpet.
Big downside is that we felt we are quite exposed to potential covid despite some of the measures taken. In particular in the breakfast area there are too many people, with limited ventilation. Even though most tables have a 1-1.5 meters distance, there is no walkway and space to respect the distance. Pretty sad also that despite good weather and the big terrace it was not allowed to have dinner outside. I would normally not complain about this but with the covid situation and many elderly people asking for this, I think the hotel’s management is not functioning properly and failing to properly implement covid measures. Some Staff could also be more aware of the situation and keep more distance. For the rest very friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay was very poor. The staff is overall not friendly. We had a room for three persons but only two beds. When we asked for another bed, we got a babybed. I slept terrible. We also had breakfast included. You had to reserve for a breakfast at a time. When we came for breakfast there was no space. We were directed outside where it was cold. They made no excuses. Ik recommend to stay away from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty, bad smell in corridors and room. The restaurant didn't provide dinners and the bar service is disgusting. Very expensive. Floors in the room and bathroom dirty and infected. No tea in a luxury suit. Elevators are XX century with broken buttons, dirty and bad smelling. Breakfast: bacon cold and like chewing gum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here because I had an appointment at the local hospital early this morning.
We didn't eat at the hotel. breakfast was ok.
Then we went to the car and found the back window had been smashed. Unbelievable having to be at the hospital couldn't really speak to any one about this problem.
Please be aware where you park you car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aa Honestly, when it comes to this hotel, I do not know it is a 4-star one, but it did not impress me personally. Bugs in the hotel dirty and the room booked was quite different than the one I was renting. He goes a little disappointed ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed in hotels all around the world and this would have to be one of my worse experience. The first room we received was occupied, the second the key did not work then when we got the "Upgrade the whirlpool bath Was not functioning and there was a half drunk bottle of wine in the fridge. We checked in roughly 45 min prior to the kitchen closing according to the room menu but was informed that " they are cleaning up now" was not aware that 2100 meant 2000. Would only recommend staying here if absolutely necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location was perfect: In the middle of nature, with a nice view and close to cities and the border. The hotel itself looked like it hadn't been updated since 1987 (the year stated in the lift). The flooring and walls had marks that show how used the place was. It deserves an upgrade.
