β β β β β The moment you get in, you see that the staff is unexperienced and not as friendly as you would expect from a 4 star Hotel.
We had an "all in reservation" but it was anything BUT all in. We had to pay for our bathrobes, for our slippers etc and the room had no complimentary water to greet guests after a long trip as you usually see in 4 star hotels.
The waitress of the restaurant showed with all of her power that she doesn't like working there - No greeting, no please, no you are welcome, no here is your food. Just what will you get and leave the plates on our table. Didn't even ask if we liked the food!
You get better service at a fast food! 0 Manners! This was for me unacceptable!
My wife had also a hamam treatment, this was anything BUT hamam! Strongly recommend you not to waste your money (60 euro!).
Facilities were fine and have potential. Hygiene is mediocre to bad at some places (one of our towels in the room had black dirt on it from an eyeliner or something)
In general not worth its money, i would recommend it for people that only want to come for the saunas (with their own bathrobes, slippers).
This hotel is maximum 2 stars, shame to the person that evaluated this hotel as 4 stars.

β β β β β Nice hotel, friendly staff but bit disorganised as usual at Fletcher. Room could be cleaner and was quite cold. Have a nice time at the wellness. Breakfast could be improved for a 4star hotel. Others in the area offer way better breakfast for the same price or just slightly higher. Good value for money overall but all extras can make it more expensive than expected

β β β β β This hotel was one heck of a surprise. I had to book a short term urgent hotel, and for some random reason I ended up here. What I can say is that the rooms were great, from the design, layout, quality and space! A lot of things to do, since it's a Wellness Center. The prices are ok, nothing out of the ordinary. The food was also great and the personnel were friendly and very helpful.
If I will be to visit again this region, I'll definitely book here again.

β β β β β Thinking about a 4 star hotel? You should be joking.
Looking at the rooms and what you get this is mostly a nice hostel and considering the cleanness you might be even then disappointed.
And if you want to get this room using different cheaper deals: Don't do that as you will finally pay a 100 euro per night fee with hidden rates coming on top of the initial fee.

β β β β β The hotel is nice. The room was fully equipped. Overall I had a pleasant stay. The shower and toilet share a sliding door, so you can only close one at the time. The bed was not very comfortable as the mattress was sagging.

β β β β β Everything was perfect. Room, Bouling, SPA and Breakfest buffet was super cool. Only dissapointment was no balconies and no smoke policy. Maybe it was mentioned somewhere, only we found out it when checked in room. Otherwise nice stay. :)

β β β β β No hospitality at all! Most of the time nobody was at reception when you asked help! Room is so noisy with bad isolation. We were told at wellness reception that this wellness does not belong to the hotel. We have to wait so long to get in the wellness! This is last time to stay in Flechter and it is time to say goodbye!

β β β β β Unprofessional staff. Training required. Restaurant personnel was absent from the floor while guests (including me) stood waiting. Receptionist made a mistake during check out and told me "to act normal" when I said that I would not pay anything I wasn't due. The food isn't great.
The hotel itself is fine, but it's the staff that makes a place nice and welcoming.
