Bestel hier niet, ze hebben het totaal niet op orde. En als je bestelt, gebruik PayPal voor je betaalgarantie! | Het verhaal: eerst hoorden we na betaling niks en bij navraag bleek de pot niet op voorraad te zijn. Er werd een andere goedkopere pot aangeboden, waar we ook zo'n 3x voor hebben moeten mailen om 'm te krijgen. Terugbetaling van het prijsverschil werd beloofd maar gebeurde niet. Uiteindelijk kregen we een verkeerde pot (zilver i.p.v. goud) toegestuurd die bovendien van slechte kwaliteit was. Vervolgens begon het gedoe om het totaalbedrag terug te krijgen. Bellen heeft geen zin en op mails wordt niet gereageerd. Pas toen we een claim hebben ingediend bij PayPal kregen we de betaling wΓ©l.
Don't order here, they don't have it in order at all. And when you order, use PayPal for your payment guarantee! † The story: first we didn't hear anything after payment and upon inquiry it turned out that the pot was not in stock. Another cheaper pot was offered, for which we also had to email about 3x to get it. Refund of the price difference was promised but did not happen. In the end we were sent a wrong pot (silver instead of gold) which was also of poor quality. Then the hassle started to get the total amount back. Calling is useless and emails are not answered. Only when we submitted a claim to PayPal did we receive the payment.

Na wat kleine probleempjes met de externe bezorgdienst (DHL), is dit door de klantenservice van Fleur.nl uitstekend en naar volle tevredenheid opgelost. De plant ben ik zeer blij mee en ziet er fantastisch uit.
After some minor problems with the external delivery service (DHL), the customer service of Fleur.nl resolved this excellently and to full satisfaction. I am very happy with the plant and it looks fantastic.

Ordered beginning of December, I was supposed to receive the order within 3 days, a month later still nothing. I emailed them multiple times, they took ages to reply, not even an apology... Not even a reason for the delay... I then asked for a refund, but never heard anything back. Emailed multiple times again, nothing... Called today, the sales person asked me if I wanted to receive the order... must be a joke? I'm supposed to receive the refund tomorrow... Horrible service, sounds like a scam

Don't buy large 'kamerplants' from this company. On two separate occasions I've received sickly, deformed plants filled with bugs and diseases.

Worst experience I had so far purchasing plants in the NL. They messed up my delivery. There were a misunderstandings with the delivery company. They delivered one box but the other was returned. Fleur once said that it was all delivered and I had to prove to them I still had items missing. When the rest finally arrived long after the estimated date, the plants came all messed up, flipped in the box, damaged. As I ordered hydroponics with pebbles, they were everywhere and with a horrible smell. I had to take all the plants out and rerinse the pebbles. I think I might loose 3 plants out of 5.
