★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer onbeschoft totaal niet inlevend personeel achter de balie, vooral bali medewerker van spoedeisende hulp. Snap dat de druk hoog is onder het zorgpersoneel je komt daar onzeker, zeer gespannen en onwetend naar toe bij de eerste hulp en dan mag je toch op z'n minst menselijkheid en inlevend personeel verwachten. Echt volgende keer rijd ik naar Amsterdam!
Very rude totally non empathetic staff behind the counter especially bali emergency room worker. Understand that the pressure is high among the healthcare staff. You come there insecure, very tense and ignorant to the emergency room and then you can at least expect humanity and empathetic staff. Next time I will drive to Amsterdam!
