β β β β β Schandige dienstverlening. Er worden onverklaarbare betalingen gedaan zonder referentie. Totaal geen communicatie zodat je niet weet waar de betaling betrekking op heeft. De eerste betaling was ruim 7 weken na me ziekmelding waardoor je een tijdje geen inkomen hebt. En als je wil bellen met vragen word inmiddels al 2 weken gezegd dat je de volgende dag word teruggebeld. Maar dat gebeurd niet. Bij mij is de frustratie zo hoog opgelopen dat ik nu mijn rechtsbijstand heb ingeschakeld.
Shameful service. Unexplained payments are made without reference. No communication at all so you don't know what the payment relates to. The first payment was more than 7 weeks after I called in sick, so you have no income for a while. And if you want to call with questions, it has been said for 2 weeks that you will be called back the next day. But that doesn't happen. My frustration has risen so high that I have now called in my legal aid.
