Na sollicitatie op hun website of vacature, doen ze in hun eerste mail al overkomen alsof het allemaal al geregeld is of goed komt.
Vervolgens hoor je niks meer, dan uiteindelijk een mailtje dat je niet in het profiel past. Na verdere vragen te stellen waarom niet hoor je weer niks.
Standaard uitzendbureau die alleen op hun eigen centen kijkt.
 Bad communication,
After applying for a job on their website or vacancy, they already appear in their first email as if it has all been arranged or is going to be alright.
Then you hear nothing more, then eventually an email that you do not fit the profile. After asking further questions why not you hear nothing again.
Standard employment agency that only looks at their own money.
