Dat moet wel het geval zijn als ze niet willen aangeven op welk punt je niet voldoet mbt de functie-eisen in een advertentie. Je leest immers alles goed door en denkt na of je voldoet vóór je reageert op een vacature.
Alle ze alle eisen weergeven in een advertentie - dus incl de verborgen wensen lijst ivm geslacht, leeftijd, afkomst, etc - zouden ze zichzelf onmiddellijk in het vizier van de overheid plaatsen !
Ga een deurtje verder als je werk zoekt !!

That must be the case if they do not want to indicate at which point you do not meet with regard to the job requirements in an advertisement. After all, you read everything carefully and think about whether you are satisfied before you respond to a vacancy.
All they display all requirements in an advertisement - so including the hidden wish list regarding gender, age, origin, etc - they would immediately put themselves in the sights of the government!
