★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben webbouwer en heb al tientallen klanten een website geleverd op de servers van Flexwebhosting. Met andere providers heb ik ook wel ervaring, maar bij Flexweb krijg je klantenservice waar je bij andere bedrijven veel meer voor betaalt. Daarmee bedoel ik de vriendelijkheid, het meedenken, en de professionaliteit. Als je ze belt krijg je echte mensen met verstand van zaken aan de telefoon, en tegenwoordig kun je er ook 's avonds een chatgesprek mee hebben.
Ook problemen van mijn kant die voor Flexwebhosting wat lastig waren, worden in goed overleg opgelost. In een paar gevallen gingen beveiligingsregels bij Flex zo ver dat mijn applicaties niet meer werkten. Daar wordt dan net zo lang aan gesleuteld tot het naar tevredenheid van beide partijen werkt.
Mooiste antwoord dat ik ooit kreeg op een verzoek van mijn kant: "Dat staat standaard uit meneer, en dat zetten we alleen aan voor mensen als u, die weten waar ze om moeten vragen." Kijk, dan doe je het goed.
Alleen, zoals in deze recensies al eerder genoemd: de interface van de klantenpagina's verdient beslist geen schoonheidsprijs. Of eigenlijk, de manier waarop een paar verschillende interfaces aan elkaar geknutseld zijn. Maar het moet gezegd: alles werkt en klopt.
 I am a web builder and have already delivered dozens of clients a website on the servers of Flexwebhosting. I also have experience with other providers, but with Flexweb you get customer service for which you pay much more at other companies. By that I mean friendliness, thinking along, and professionalism. If you call them you get real people on the phone with knowledgeable things, and nowadays you can also have a chat conversation with them in the evening.
Also problems on my part that were a bit difficult for Flexwebhosting, are solved in good consultation. In a few cases, security rules at Flex went so far that my applications stopped working. This is then tinkered with until it works to the satisfaction of both parties.
Most beautiful answer I ever received on a request from my side: "That is standard from sir, and we only activate it for people like you who know what to ask for." Look, then you are doing well.
Only, as mentioned earlier in these reviews: the interface of the customer pages certainly does not deserve a beauty prize. Or rather, the way in which a few different interfaces are linked together. But it must be said: everything works and is correct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het CMS is erg verouderd en zeer moeizaam om mee te werken. Je moet binnen het ene systeem inloggen op het andere systeem en er zijn veel te veel opties voor een gebruiker. Absoluut niet klantvriendelijk. Op hulp van de klantenservice hoef je niet te rekenen. Backups maken van je website is nagenoeg onmogelijk binnen de gestelde quota. Onlangs eindelijk mijn contract opgezegd en nu op zoek naar een beter alternatief. Dat kan niet zo moeilijk zijn...
The CMS is very outdated and very difficult to work with. You have to log in to the other system within one system and there are far too many options for a user. Definitely not customer friendly. You don't have to count on help from customer service. Making backups of your website is virtually impossible within the set quota. Recently finally canceled my contract and now looking for a better alternative. That can't be that hard ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je leest het gelukkig overal inmiddels; dit bedrijf is een grote afrader! Ik ben meer dan 15 jaar klant geweest bij deze club maar de laatste tijd is het mis hier. Het was altijd goed maar nu niet meer. Naast het feit dat mijn mail een x aantal maanden niet goed werkte door een verandering op hun server (ZEKER 3 maanden geen (zakelijke!) mail ontvangen - versturen ging wel) hebben ze nu de abonnementen veranderd en zijn de kosten flink omhoog gegaan. Geen telefonische helpdesk etc. Nee hosting is inmiddels niet veel meer dan een broodje kaas tegenwoordig en je kunt dit voor VELE MALEN minder op de hoek van elke straat echt beter regelen. Vette afrader dus!
Fortunately you read it everywhere by now; this company is not recommended! I have been a customer of this club for over 15 years but lately things have been wrong here. It was always good but not anymore. Besides the fact that my mail did not work properly for x number of months due to a change on their server (DEFINITELY 3 months of not receiving (business!) Mail - sending went well) they have now changed the subscriptions and the costs have gone up considerably. No telephone helpdesk etc. No hosting is now not much more than a cheese sandwich nowadays and you can really better arrange this for MANY TIMES less on the corner of every street. So a great recommendation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zwaar teleurgesteld in deze partij. Verouderde servers, instellingen die standaard aan zouden moeten staan staan uit of zijn er niet, niet meedenken als je er om vraagt. Websites zijn daardoor niet vooruit te branden. Je hebt er gewoon echt niks aan. Run away!
Very disappointed in this batch. Outdated servers, settings that should be on by default are off or not there, don't think about it when you ask. As a result, websites cannot be burned ahead. You just really don't care. run away!
