Please note, this shop charges return costs! It is also very cumbersome to register the return. Looks like a discouragement policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't normally write bad reviews but I've had such a run around from this company that I feel obliged to. I ordered from them last year for my wife's birthday, an order which they or their courier lost and had to be replaced (not with the model requested). Thinking it a once off I took a chance again this year for an order of Karl Hansen chairs. When they arrived (3 weeks after the delivery time promised on their website) it was clear from the dirt, the wear and tear, and the fact that they had plastic pads fitted on the legs that the chairs were "used". I complained and they very politely arranged for a replacement, which were in the same condition, also second hand. Six weeks later I have not received my chairs in replacement and they have not collected the second hand ones, I also have not received an explanation as to why they sell used furniture as new or indeed any offer of recompense for all the hassle, emails, and phone calls needed to sort this out. I am very disappointed in both this company and in the quality delivered from Karl Hansen, from whom I would expect better. If you can order it from another website, you really should.
