About Flink Fysiotherapie & Coaching
Mijn naam is Guus Kootstra. Als fysiotherapeut ben ik geïntrigeerd door de veerkracht van het menselijk lichaam en zijn capaciteit te groeien door de blootstelling aan stress. In mijn missie om mijn klanten beter te maken, in de breedste zin van het woord, ben ik altijd bezig om me bij te scholen in alles wat daarin bijdraagt. Na mijn opleiding ben ik gaan studeren aan de International Academy of Sportscience om me verder te ontwikkelen op het gebied van sportrevalidatie. Andere opleidingen volgden in de richting van voeding, behandeltechnieken, het immuunsysteem, biologische ritmes, slaap, ademhaling en mindset.
In 2020 heb ik besloten om mijn persoonlijke stempel te drukken op het vak en mijn passie voor fysiotherapie en coaching te combineren bij Crossfit Hoogvliet.
