★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ze delen kortingscodes uit om klanten te werven maar als die kortingscode vervolgens niet werkt dan zeggen ze daar niks aan te kunnen doen. Erg bedroevend dat een organisatie die in speelt op de 'haast' van de klant me meer dan een uur bezig houdt om vervolgens tot de conclusie te komen "we kunnen er ook niks aan doen"...
 They hand out discount codes to recruit customers, but if that discount code doesn't work, they say they can't do anything about it. Very sad that an organization that responds to the 'rush' of the customer keeps me busy for more than an hour and then comes to the conclusion "we can't do anything about it"...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bestelling geplaatst die geleverd zou zijn, maar niet aan mij. Ben nooit gebeld door de bezorger, er is ook niet aangebeld. Na 3 uur contact met iemand van de chatservice (bellen met het hoofdkantoor kan namelijk niet) toch geld terug gekregen.. zou dit niet aanraden
Order placed which was supposed to be delivered but not to me. I never got a call from the delivery person and never rang the doorbell. After 3 hours of contact with someone from the chat service (you can't call the head office) I got a refund.. would not recommend this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3x besteld 2x miste er een product er 1x verkeerd product geleverd. Langer dan 10 min moeten wachten vind ik niet zo erg maar het is erg frustrerend als je een onderdeel van je recept mist en zelf alsnog naar de supermarkt moet. Ook is er weinig aanbod en heel veel artikelen zijn niet op voorraad. Daarnaast als je de pushberichten aanzet word je niet meer met rust gelaten, continue stroom aan marketing berichten waar je niet op zit te wachten. Deze service kan echt stukken beter.
Ordered 3x 2x a product was missing 1x wrong product delivered. I don't mind having to wait longer than 10 minutes, but it is very frustrating if you miss a part of your recipe and have to go to the supermarket yourself. There is also little supply and many items are not in stock. In addition, if you turn on the push messages, you will no longer be left alone, continuous flow of marketing messages that you are not waiting for. This service could really be much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drivers for this flink location have taken over the entire side street. Sidewalks are blocked coMpletely by the waiting bicycles for the delivery riders, and they all stand waiting in the middle of the street?? For their orders. Totally bizarre and inconvenient, which is ironic for a company based on convenience. It’s also insane for people with children, dogs, disabilities, etc. please clean up this location and find a way to coexist with the neighborhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Get a notification 5 hours after I order that my groceries have been delivered. They had not. Find out my order was cancelled after I reached out to customer support. Very rude employee on the app, no apologies, no assistance trying to find out what happened. I've actually used Flink a lot, and really enjoyed it, but this was an abominable experience. I will use the voucher they gave me and then I am back to Gorillas.
