Ons lichaam is niet gemaakt voor deze tijd. We leven te snel, hebben veel te veel imput en herstellen daar niet voldoende van. De cijfers liegen er niet om; we hebben ruim 8,5 miljoen chronische zieken, ruim 2 miljoen mensen kampen met lage rug en nekklachten en 1 op 6 mensen in het arbeidsleven komt thuis te zitten met een burnout. Deze aantallen zijn de afgelopen jaren alleen nog maar stijgende!

I'll be going to a spa before doing a floating session again. Or maybe I should try a different place sometime...I went to Breda location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you ever want to try a sensory deprivation tank, this is the place. But, a fair warning: you have to commit to doing it twice. The first time is a trial run, and the second one is where the tank's ability to absorb everyday commotion truly shines through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time gone floating. Some people told me it feels like being back in the womb, but I can’t recall that experience lol. Floating around in 30 cm of very salty water closed off from all light and surrounding noise was a fun experience. Located in the middle of Breda at a busy intersection it’s weird to come to rest and completely relax. But after 10-15 minutes of being closed of from all surroundings you forget about it.
I personally think it takes a second session to really experience the benefits. As i was constantly (softly) bumping all the edges of the float tank. And as i forgot the neck pillow, so after 60 minutes my neck was a bit achy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice floating experience. Spacious floating rooms, nice cabins and great relaxing room afterwards with refreshing fruit water.
One of the cabin had a little problem with the airflow option (blowing cool air on you) so it became a little hot after 30-40 minutes but the other one did. (It was a few months ago)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to rest and find rest in your mind. I took a one hour floating session. First you got to get used to the fact your in a cabin. I pushed the "light off" button but I felt I was floating away which wasn't happening so I kind of panicked. I pushed all buttons and the lady at the reception helped me out trough the intercom. :) a very very nice lady! She made my first time so comfortable! I will do this more often. It's the new offline for sure.
