★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een onbeschofte mensen werken daar. Je zou verwachten dat in de corona tijd ondernemers het zwaar hebben. Maar hier blijkbaar niet. Klantvriendelijkheid is ver te zoeken. Anderen zijn belangrijker.
 What rude people work there. You would expect entrepreneurs to have a tough time in the corona era. But apparently not here. Customer friendliness is hard to find. Others are more important.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rouwboeket besteld en bij afhalen op afgesproken datum en tijd bleek het niet gemaakt. Uit tijdsgebrek kon ik niet op het maken wachten dus moest mijn man drie kwartier later het boeket alsnog afhalen. Een andere oplossing is niet geboden. Ik kreeg alleen van de medewerkster te horen: ‘ik kan hier verder niks aan doen’. Daardoor waren wij te laat op de condoleance wat natuurlijk erg vervelend was. Na het indienen van een klacht bij de eigenaresse, bleef het wederom bij: ‘we kunnen er niets aan doen’. Spijt dat ik hier mijn bestelling heb geplaatst.
Ordered funeral bouquet and it was not made when collected on the agreed date and time. Due to time constraints I couldn't wait for the making, so my husband had to pick up the bouquet 45 minutes later. No other solution is offered. I was only told by the employee: "I can't do anything about this". Therefore we were late on the condolence which was of course very annoying. After filing a complaint with the owner, it again stayed with: "we can't do anything about it". Regret that I placed my order here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie creaties voor een leuke prijs. Meteen met een vaasje erbij. Ik en de ontvanger worden daar erg blij van. Voor een mooie boeket bloemen kun je er ook terecht. Vergeten een foto te maken voordat ik het cadeau deed. Maar loop de winkel binnen en je zult het zien. Ik ben een meer dan tevreden klant.
Beautiful creations for a nice price. Immediately with a vase. This makes me and the recipient very happy. You can also go there for a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Forgot to take a picture before gifting it. But walk into the shop and you'll see. I am a more than satisfied customer.

It was an international order for me so I was anxious that all would be well. They arrived on time and I am so pleased! I will definitely use this shop again for my floral needs in the Amsterdam area. Thank you!!
