★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jarenlang met heel veel plezier gecollecteerd. Nu zijn ze overgestapt op mobiel collecteren met een qr code. Ik heb aangegeven dat ik dit niet wil doen, en uit hun systeem verwijderd wil worden. Ik blijf echter sms berichten ontvangen, waarbij ook blijkt dat er een pagina voor me is aangemaakt.
Er is geen link om me uit te schrijven, en je kunt op de sms die verstuurd worden geen antwoord geven. En op email wordt niet gereageerd. Ik vind dit niet kunnen! Vanavond een klacht ingediend en ook deze review. Kijken of dat helpt.
Collected with great pleasure for years. Now they have switched to mobile collection with a qr code. I have indicated that I do not want to do this and want to be removed from their system. However, I keep receiving text messages, which also show that a page has been created for me.
There is no unsubscribe link, and you cannot reply to the SMS that will be sent. And email is not responded to. I think this is not appropriate! Filed a complaint tonight and also this review. See if that helps.
