Met maar liefst 12 diverse wijnen, 8 glazen, veel ander handig gereedschap en een online cursus vind ik dit echt een aanrader voor elke wijnliefhebber. Daarnaast is Fons een heel toegankelijk, passievol persoon. Dat maakt het één groot feest! I had the pleasure of working with Fons. My compliments for the very complete Wine Startersbox that can be ordered on his website. With no less than 12 different wines, 8 glasses, many other useful tools and an online course, I think this is highly recommended for any wine lover. In addition, Fons is a very accessible, passionate person. That makes it one big party!

En door Corona is dit waarschijnlijk de langste cursus ooit geweest, maar eerlijk gezegd kon het me niet lang genoeg duren; Ik heb ervan genoten. Fons is een prettige vent met een uitgebreide wijnkennis, die hij op fijne en rustige manier aan zijn cursisten overdraagt. Ook naast de informatie uit het lesboek genoeg leuke weetjes en "insights" gekregen, en natuurlijk veel proeven! Mooi om aroma's te ontdekken en mooi om te leren hoe je een wijn uitgebreider kunt beschrijven, los van het gebruikelijke "ja, deze is wel lekker". Fons heeft mijn enthousiasme voor druivensap zeker aangewakkerd en als ik het examen voor SDEN-2 haal dan wil ik de vervolgcursus ook zeker gaan doen. Ongedwongen, interessant en gezellig! Fons, dank je wel, ook voor de extra voorbereiding op het examen ;-) Just completed a SDEN2 course at Fons! And because of Corona this has probably been the longest course ever, but honestly it couldn't last long enough for me; I enjoyed it. Fons is a pleasant guy with an extensive knowledge of wine, which he transfers to his students in a pleasant and calm way. In addition to the information from the textbook, I also got plenty of fun facts and "insights", and of course lots of tests! Nice to discover aromas and nice to learn how to describe a wine in more detail, apart from the usual "yes, this one is nice". Fons has certainly fueled my enthusiasm for grape juice and if I pass the exam for SDEN-2, I certainly want to do the follow-up course. Casual, interesting and fun! Fons, thank you, also for the extra preparation for the exam ;-)

Naast dat het er heel professioneel uitziet mbt de beelden en presentaties waren de wijnen ook heel divers mbt het smaakpalet. Echt leuk om met je vrienden gewoon thuis in je eigen tijd te doen en ook echt wat te leren. PS; we hebben de wijn niet uitgespuugd ? Last summer I followed the online wine course of Fons & Wijn with my boyfriend and another couple. In addition to looking very professional with regard to the images and presentations, the wines were also very diverse with regard to the taste palette. Really nice to do with your friends at home in your own time and also really learn something. PS; we didn't spit out the wine ?

Fons legt alle stappen van het proeven perfect uit, daarnaast is het pakket wat je thuis gestuurd krijgt echt helemaal compleet, werkelijk alles zit erin. De video's zijn goed te volgen en Fons deelt leuke wijn feitjes. Echt een uitkomst als je meer van wijnen wilt weten en op je eigen moment wil leren! I followed the online course SDEN from Fons. Together with friends, casually spread over 4 evenings that suited us best. Fons explains all the steps of the tasting perfectly, in addition, the package that you receive at home is completely complete, everything is included. The videos are easy to follow and Fons shares fun wine facts. A real godsend if you want to know more about wines and learn on your own time!

Daarnaast is hij gezellig en met goed gevoel voor humor en beantwoord onvermoeid al je vragen. Er is voldoende tijd om af te dwalen van de kernonderwerpen. Een aanrader als je nog niet diep in de wijn zit! This is very fun and educational. Fons explains well without too much fuss to lay the foundation first.
