★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De Jheronimus Bosch Fontein is een creatie van kunstenaar Ruudt Peters. Hij liet zich inspireren door zijn wereldberoemde illustere voorganger Jheronimus Bosch.
De fontein is gebaseerd op het schilderij ‘De Tuin Der Lusten’ en symboliseert ‘De Hemel’ uit het schilderij.
De Fontein is te vinden in het midden van het Jeroen Bosch Plein. Het kunstige hekwerk rondom het plein draagt verschillende symbolen van ‘De Hel’ uit de schilderijen van Jheronimus Bosch.
Er stroomt water uit het onderstuk van de fontein, daarnaast vormt de fontein eens per uur een rookgordijn. De 4 elementen worden gesymboliseerd op het plein, Water (fontein), Lucht (gevisualiseerde licht), Vuur (de Hel in het hekwerk) en Aarde (De rode keien op de grond).

The fountain is based on the painting "The Garden of Delights" and symbolizes "Heaven" from the painting.
The Fountain can be found in the middle of the Jeroen Bosch Square. The artful fencing around the square bears various symbols of "Hell" from the paintings of Hieronymus Bosch.
Water flows from the bottom of the fountain, in addition, the fountain forms a smoke screen once every hour. The 4 elements are symbolized on the square, Water (fountain), Air (visualized light), Fire (Hell in the fence) and Earth (The red stones on the ground).
