S	S Oed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De tweede keer in een korte tijd eten besteld en langer dan een uur gewacht!!! Wij wonen op 5 min loop afstand... Jammer dat de service zo achteruit gaat. Op de site melden zij gemiddeld 30 min bezorgtijd... Mooi niet dus, nu al voor de tweede keer! Ordered food the second time in a short time and waited longer than an hour !!! Soms krijg je de bestelling binnen 15 min, vandaag is de bestelling na 60 min nog niet binnen. Terwijl wij op 5 min loopafstand wonen! Bij het bellen na 45 min en vragen waar de bestelling blijft, geven ze op een zeer onvriendelijke toon aan dat de bestelling over 5 of 10 min uit de deur gaat. Met andere woorden, de patat en kip bakken we nu pas en dan gaat de bestelling de deur uit. We zijn nog steeds aan het wacht...zo jammer dit! Slechte service! Om 21.58 krijgen wij een mail (zie foto) dat er op de review is gereageerd, als wij door klikken op link in de mail, is de reactie na een korte tijd verwijderd. Het feit dat Foodsalon een deel van ons adres op internet plaatst is schandalig! Hiermee wordt de AVG-wet overtreden, dit is niet oke! Daarnaast zijn de argumenten die gebruikt worden in de reactie alleen maar verdedigend. Helaas heb ik geen bevestigingsmail ontvangen van de reeds geplaatste bestelling en heb ik de bestelpagina ook al afgesloten. Ik wil jullie graag wat tips geven: Om 17.55 de bestelling geplaatst, op de website stond toen " bedankt voor je bestelling, bezorgtijd is 18.45 (om 18.40 heb ik jullie gebeld). Daaronder stond een regel dat het wel 30 min kan duren voor mijn bestelling er is. Nergens iets over levering van 60 min dus! Misschien goed om de website aan te passen! Op een review reageren door jezelf als bedrijf alleen maar te verdedigen is not done als klantenservice! Wij zullen hier niet meer bestellen! Not even worth a star! The fact that Foodsalon places part of our address on the internet is outrageous! This violates the GDPR law, this is not okay! In addition, the arguments used in the response are only defensive. Unfortunately, I have not received a confirmation email for the order that has already been placed and I have already closed the order page. I would like to give you some tips: I placed the order at 5.55 pm, the website said "thank you for your order, delivery time is 6.45 pm (I called you at 6.40 pm). Below that was a line that it can take up to 30 minutes for my order to arrive. Nothing about delivery of 60 min! Maybe good to adjust the website! Responding to a review by just defending yourself as a company is not done as customer service! We will not order here again!

Alleen rekenen ze nu ineens de btw extra op de prijzen wat voorheen altijd inbegrepen in de prijs zat. Very nice hair salon. Please note that if you order chicken fillet you often get wrong chicken doner. Only now they suddenly charge the VAT extra on the prices, which was previously always included in the price.

Pluspunt is ook dat je bij bezorging kunt pinnen aan de deur. Wel telefonisch bestellen, want de XXL-Kapsalon staat (nog) niet vermeld op de website. A very beautiful and tasty Kapsalon (shoarma) in a large round container, the XXL! for a good price, € 11 euros. Another advantage is that you can pin at the door upon delivery. Do order by phone, because the XXL Hair Salon is not (yet) listed on the website.
