★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The atmosphere is magical and the food is absolutely AMAZING. Everything we tried was incredible and the chefs are absolute artists. This place is a must for every Amsterdam visit but be ready to pay a fair price for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great concept that should be spread all over Holland. You can order food (so many varieties) form different stalls and freely choose where to sit. It’s a perfect idea to spend time with family & friends while sharing and tasting different food. The atmosphere is great.
Best way to get here is by bicycle or public transport, but there is also a parking place just next to the Foodhallen.
One of my favourite food courts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to go to try a variety of food. Due to corona, they have a good system to order through the phone from each stall. Service for drinks was fast enough but we also came here on a weekday evening when it was quite empty.

Food was ok (nothing too amazing), but saddest part is the whole area due to overload of people - making many to eat while standing, or outside by the plants… We ate by the bar so thank god we found a seat but at the same time was uncomfortable! It wasn’t great experience. The seating capacity could be easily optimized as there are too many “singles” tables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely loved this place ! Easy, delicious, fast, and with endless options ! My favourite was the pork tacos !! Was so good I ordered them twice :)
Dumplings were also delicious ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to go in Amsterdam where there’s flavors for everyone! Nice to go with friends and buy items from different stalls to all share and try. Food quality is top notch but the cocktails felt a bit watered down, maybe go for a beer or wine instead. Highly recommend! Very nice atmosphere too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fantastic place to chill and enjoy food. It’s really clean and the food is of an excellent quality. The staff are friendly and helpful. Most of the food on offer is fantastic, other things are overpriced- so just be careful what you order. I’d definitely recommend the Ballenbar.
