β β β β β Helaas heb ik niet de mogelijkheid om nul sterren te geven! Zeer slechte afwerking, electra is niet conform Europese standaard en zeer slechte communicatie. Onze trailer was verkeerd gemonteerd op het onderstel, de koelkast was oud en vol met lijm/kit resten. Geldlade is dusdanig slecht geΓ―nstalleerd dat deze niet te gebruiken is. Verf heel slordig aangebracht en grote scheur in het luikpaneel.
Na maanden lang onderhandelen zouden wij 600 euro terug krijgen maar zelfs daar hebben ze hun woord niet gehouden. Ineens kregen we een extra factuur voor een reservewiel dat volgens hun website inclusief is.

 Unfortunately I don't have the option to give zero stars! Very poor finish, electricity is not in accordance with European standard and very poor communication. Our trailer was mounted incorrectly on the base, the refrigerator was old and full of adhesive / sealant residue. Cash drawer is installed so poorly that it cannot be used. Paint applied very sloppy and large crack in the hatch panel.
After months of negotiations we would get 600 euros back but even there they did not keep their word. Suddenly we got an extra invoice for a spare tire which according to their website is inclusive.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!

β β β β β Ich bin froh, die Rezensionen von anderen Kunden hier gelesen zu haben, denn ich hΓ€tte bei foodtrailers.eu sonst einen 5-stelligen Betrag investiert. Es scheint so, als ob man das dort nicht nΓΆtig hat. Fragen werden erst nach mehrfachem erinnern nur kurz und unprΓ€zise beantwortet. Kundenberatungen gibt es nicht. FΓΌr mich wichtige Fragen zu Abmessungen werden einfach ignoriert. Leider ist es nun mal in dieser Zeit nicht einfach so mΓΆglich zwei Grenzen zu durchfahren und 6 Stunden im Auto zu verbingen, damit man eine Tischplatte ausmisst. Schade, das Produkt hat mich sehr interessiert.
I am glad to have read the reviews from other customers here, because otherwise I would have invested a 5-digit amount at foodtrailers.eu. It seems that there is no need for that there. Questions are only answered briefly and imprecisely after repeated reminders. There is no customer service. Questions about dimensions that are important to me are simply ignored. Unfortunately, during this time it is not possible to simply cross two borders and spend 6 hours in the car to measure a tabletop. It's a shame, I was very interested in the product.

Blaas, goed dat je even kenbaar maakt dat foodtrailers.eu nu onder jullie hoede valt. Wij hebben ook een foodtrailer van jullie en uitermate tevreden over het hele traject inzake aankoop en nazorg. β β β β β Bedankt Kristien (Chocolatien). Voor een ieder, we zijn de nieuwe eigenaren van foodtrailers.eu (CBG Foodtrucks te Goes). Wij kunnen niet oordelen over de oudere reviews en ervaringen, maar wij pakken de zaken aan zoals wij het gewend zijn, dus duidelijk advies, klantgericht en met nu een goed product, alles zo goed mogelijk naar wens en klanten tevredenheid.
Thanks Kristien (Chocolate). For everyone, we are the new owners of foodtrailers.eu (CBG Foodtrucks in Goes). We cannot judge the older reviews and experiences, but we do things as we are used to, so clear advice, customer-oriented and with now a good product, everything as best as possible to wishes and customer satisfaction.

β β β β β De kwaliteit van de vorige bestickering was niet zo goed als wat de nieuwe eigenaar voor ons in orde heeft gebracht samen met Insign. Dit is heel knap afgewerkt. Wij werden enorm goed geholpen door Janwillem en Blaas. Janwillem heeft ook mijn vele berichtjes vriendelijk beantwoord. :) Ze wilden de problemen van de vorige eigenaar graag oplossen om hun klant tevreden te stellen. Het is een hele mooie trailer geworden. Ik ben zeer tevreden! In de toekomst laat ik graag een grote trailer door Janwillem en zijn collega's maken. Ik heb opgemerkt hoe goed zij zijn in het netjes afwerken van bepaalde zaken. Ik raad dit bedrijf zeker aan!
The quality of the previous livery was not as good as what the new owner arranged for us with Insign. This is very nicely finished. We were helped enormously by Janwillem and Blaas. Janwillem has also kindly answered my many messages. :) They were eager to solve the previous owner's problems to satisfy their customer. It turned out to be a really nice trailer. I'm very satisfied! In the future I would like to have Janwillem and his colleagues make a large trailer. I've noticed how good they are at getting things done neatly. I definitely recommend this company!

β β β β β I've never experienced such an unprofessional and poor customer service as I have with foodtrailers.eu. At the beginning it seemed ok and after paying the deposit - waiting for the answer, the promised delivery time was extended by almost TWO MONTHS with no explanation so when I aksed for a discount they didnt really reacted and they were acting like nothing is wrong ( I had already a loss of profits ), when the caravan has arrived it has some damages and I aksed for complaint or what to do to fix it, the company denied any responsibility. I have not received any invoice yet and I have not received a single apology. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, Im very upset with them
