Now waiting for over 3 weeks, missed the celebration date and no idea when this will arrive. Won't use them again.

D	Dialogue Times on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst service. i ordered coffee on 16 nov with express delivery charge. still order not delivered. customer service is continuously lying that order is dispatched whereas the courier has no parcel. always ordered from amazon before but this time did mistake of direct order and now facing a worst customer service. in the last message the agent nikki said, refuse delivery once it comes if you dont want. this is their cust service and client care.

First of all he managed to locate something for me, and then, when there was a problem with the delivery (Hermes smashed parcel to pieces), he organised another delivery and it arrived within days. Thank you very much! Very much recommended.

The shipping is a little on the slow side (but isn't all shipping from the continent stupidly slow since brexit? This seems the same for every company). The one time there was an error with my order they were able to get a new shipment out to rectify the problem very swiftly with good communication.

They are in a different country to me so if that is the case with you then order in time especially if your ordering for a certain date that you need them by. Mine only took a week to arrive and that is good considering the products have to travel threw countries to get to me. I will always come back here to buy more delicious goodies!
