Andere sneakerzaken in Tilburg bestellen wel gewoon grotere maten voor hun klanten. Bad service. If you have size 47.5 then they cannot help you and you have to order yourself via their website. Other sneaker stores in Tilburg just order larger sizes for their customers.
j	just abdu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ik vind de services heel slecht, ik heb namelijk 5 keer wat besteld en het is allemaal weer geannuleerd omdat het niet beschikbaar was ofzo, wat ik eigenlijk totaal niet snap, want op moment dat je iets kunt bestellen dan hoort het ook beschikbaar te zijn. Daarmee verheugde ik me 5 keer op een product en werd het allemaal weer geannuleerd. Het geld krijg je niet binnen de bepaalde tijd terug maar het duurt veel langer. Klantenservice reageert ook bijna nooit, of als die reageert dan is het na 2 weken. I think the services are very bad, because I ordered something 5 times and it was all canceled because it was not available or something, which I actually don't understand at all, because the moment you can order something it should also be available. With that, I looked forward to a product 5 times and it was all canceled again. You will not get the money back within the specified time, but it takes much longer. Customer service hardly ever responds, or if it responds, it is after 2 weeks.
M	Marcel van Iersel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte Service. De zolen van mijn Nike Air Max van 10 maanden oud vertonen een dusdanige slijtage (zie foto) dat hier niet meer op te lopen valt. En dat terwijl ik ze niet eens gebruik om hard te lopen, maar om casual te dragen (1 á 2 dagen in de week). Volgens mij mag dit niet als normale slijtage gezien mag worden maar eerder een productiefout. Nou bij Foot Locker vinden ze dit wél normale slijtage (na 10 maanden) en doen hier niets mee. Nou je zou toch iets meer mogen verwachten van een winkel als Foot Locker en een schoen van € 189,-! Mijn advies: koop hier geen schoenen als je een goede service verwacht!! Bad service. The soles of my Nike Air Max of 10 months old show such wear (see photo) that it is no longer possible to walk on them. And that while I don't even use them for running, but to wear them casually (1 or 2 days a week). I don't think this should be seen as normal wear and tear, but rather a manufacturing defect. Well at Foot Locker they do consider this normal wear and tear (after 10 months) and do nothing with it. Well you should expect a little more from a store like Foot Locker and a shoe of € 189,-! My advice: don't buy shoes here if you expect good service!!
