We hebben een proefrit ingepland, paar dagen later ook meegereden(en reed goed) en opmerkingen kunnen plaatsen waar rekening mee gehouden zou worden bij aflevering(nog geen week later) met behulp van een premium afleverpakket en dat was het zeker waard volgens Brian. Nwe remblokken, 2 schijven, airco bijvullen en technisch nagelopen, pincode voor de radio etc. Het is alleen wachten op een knopje voor de aircobediening. Voor de oude inruilauto kregen we een realistische inruil met wat korting erbij zodat het prima zaken doen was. Ook de overdracht verliep goed en soepel met overzetten van de auto's. Mede om deze services koop ik bij voorkeur bij een dealer(met Bovag) dan bij een autohandelaar om de hoek. Zeeuw en Zeeuw Gouda, Brian en de monteurs, bedankt! De heer van Dooren/Mw. van Kaam - Haarlem From the first moment with Brian on the phone to inquire about a used Ford Mondeo (2009) he was very customer friendly and helpful. We scheduled a test drive, drove a few days later (and drove well) and were able to post comments that would be taken into account on delivery (less than a week later) using a premium delivery package and it was well worth it according to Brian. New brake pads, 2 discs, top up air conditioning and technically checked, pin code for the radio etc. All you have to do is wait for a button for the air conditioning control. For the old trade-in car we received a realistic trade-in with some discount so that it was good business. The transfer also went well and smoothly with the transfer of the cars. Voelt goed en inmiddels heb ik al 3 auto's gekocht hier. Je wordt uitstekend geholpen, laatste keer met Sven contact gehad. Hij denkt veel mee, is niet opdringerig, maakt een heldere offerte en komt alle afspraken na. Het bedrijf is echt een aanrader, ook om gewoon eens binnen te lopen en te oriënteren. Very neat Ford dealer with realistic and competitive prices, knowledgeable people and they go the extra mile for you. Feels good and I have already bought 3 cars here. You will receive excellent help, last time I had contact with Sven. He thinks along a lot, is not pushy, makes a clear quotation and keeps all agreements. The company is highly recommended, also to just walk in and orientate.
