★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! I’m sad to write this as the venue is stunning but the service and the GM communication is appalling. I’ve received a gift for a relaxing massage with my mother in-laws and the treatment was lacking of touch (so to say). I’ve asked for over five times to have a bit more pressure so I can feel relaxed though was left to feel in the pet shop at petting hour ?
We’ve shared our experience with the GM and we’re shocked with the response received. “That’s what the therapist is capable of doing” and we should accept it.
Needless to say, we won’t come back until new GM is placed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely resort , nice creative areas. Jungle sauna was impressive and the entire little Bali island too. We enjoyed it it was not too crowded. Never had to squeeze with other people. What I missed was so scrub salt and body lotion. That’s why 4 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is only for sauna, where I have been twice - Saturday and Wednesday.
Stuff is friendly.
Saunas are beautiful and nice. Comfortable
It has saulty small swimming pool, more like a bath 95 cm deep, level of sault like in the Red Sea. Not every sauna has it. This saulty bath supposed to be relaxing - unless unknown old men will touch you under the water "by mistake" of course, because the bath is so small; and very good for your skin - unless you see men blowing their noses and spitting in this little bath's water right in front of you. Enjoy.
2 stars minus. Really sorry.
And secondly, many men are just sitting as close as possible and shamelessly looking directly at you being naked, trying to relax....
( direct eye contact does not stop them.
Sadly.
Third. Again the culture of the customers. People walk in the saunas with their shoes on. Not yet everybody knows how dangerous plastic can be when you heat it? Why are we nacked in the sauna? Because the swimming suits are made of synthetic and its bad when heated. Enjoy, breath deeply your plastic shoes. And please, correct me if I am wrong.
I am looking for another sauna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As beautiful as this place is as a welness, the food should better be skipped. Whereas we have already been disappointed by dinner in the dry restaurant before, we tought we'd stick to just lunch. I just want to warm every reader: the 'katsu sandu' sandwich is just a VERY tough, deep frozen & deep fried schnitzle with extremely sticky oyster sauce. Other sandwich are served on bake-offs from the supermarket. Welness: yes. Food: no.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing evening at the Spa. It was super quiet, very relaxing there is a variety of amazing sauna‘s and swimming pools. The restaurant was amazing, way beyond what we expected from the typical spa food. Nice service on top of that, we‘ll be back for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is ONLY for the spa experience. It’s really impressive sightseeing location, so next time I will try to explore a bit. We are expats living in Amsterdam, and we didn’t know cultural experience of being naked, so imagine our surprise! I am happy we didn’t know, we would have most likely canceled. Everything is clean and you have multiple options for swimming, massages and saunas.
Every first Tuesday of the month is non-naked experience, if you don’t want to expose yourself ?
