Er stond gepland en er werd afgeteld op de forum-site 1 september.!
Maar het is nog lang niet klaar, vermoedelijk pas medio 2020.
Waarom geen update hierover.
When will this project be delivered !!
It was planned and the countdown on the forum site was September 1.!
But it is not nearly finished yet, probably only in mid-2020.
Why not an update on this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een spuuglelijk gebouw. In het uiterste hartje van Rotterdam Centrum hoort een hotspot met allure thuis. En dan worden we afgescheept met een Ommoord-waardig misbaksel. Wat een mismanagement in de binnenstad.
What an ugly building. A hotspot with allure belongs in the very heart of Rotterdam Center. And then we are fobbed off with an Ommoord-worthy misfit. What a mismanagement in the city center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het oude bankgebouw is mooi opgeknapt, ook van binnen. Alleen die grote stacaravan van 11-hoog met balkons is echt monsterlijk. Je zou bijna hopen dat de constructie niet deugt en alles afgebroken moet worden.
The old bank building has been nicely refurbished, also inside. Only that large 11-high mobile home with balconies is truly monstrous. You would almost hope that the construction is no good and that everything must be broken down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoe kan er op deze centrale locatie zo'n lelijk gebouw nieuw worden opgeleverd? Wie heeft dit goedgekeurd? Waarom is dit door de welstandscommissie gekomen? Dit gebouw had in de jaren 80 ergens in een kansenwijk als sociaal woonproject misschien goed gepast, maar niet hier.
How can such an ugly building be delivered new at this central location? Who approved this? Why has this been passed by the aesthetics committee? In the 1980s, this building might have fitted well as a social housing project somewhere in an opportunity neighborhood, but not here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I registered in Oct-Nov 2019 and they were supposed to deliver the homes in Jan 2020. However every two months they change the date and till now three times has changed. They are too slow without any schedule on delivering the apartments.
