Zeer slechte ervaring met pasfotos 2 keer geweest iederekeer te groot. Ben van ellende maar naar valkenburg gegaan bij de aldi. Daar zijn ze profesioneel en kunnen foto aanpassen met de computer.

Ze nemen de tijd voor je, pasfoto’s waren snel klaar. Ze hebben hun best gedaan om ons zo leuk mogelijk erop te krijgen, ondanks de strenge regels. Goedgekeurd en geen “ boeven foto”. Top!

Goede zaak voor pasfoto's. Foto's goed gelukt en snel klaar. Bovendien ook vriendelijk personeel.

Worst photographer ever. People save your money and do not go there ! I called extra before to ask if they would be able to make a German ID picture the owner said yeah for sure no problem. By arrival the owner could get barely a word out then we proceeded to the actual Photostudio he didn't told me to sit down or nothing just mumbled something to himself. Then he didn't do the picture like I'm used to by a professional photographer with a Standing stativ .. no he came centimeter close with a small camera in my face with shaking hands.Which lead to the flash flashing constantly directly in my eye and general speaking uncomfortable feeling. Then he decided himself that we were done did not show me any pictures to decide myself which one I would use he proceeded to cut the pictur which he thought was the best and charged first the money before showing the picture. When I saw the actual picture AFTER payment I was shocked I ask him why I couldn't decided before which one should be printed out and if they don't remove blemishes from the face like every other photographer who shoots passport pictures. He got immediately aggressive and stated he doesn't do Photoshop this is not Photoshop just a normal thing I told him that he provided a really bad services then he tried in bad English to yell at me and I left. Last but not least the picture was way too much zoomed in ( so not the correct parameters for the German ID like I extra asked) and did not get accepted by the passportadministrstion office. I ended up needing to take a picture at the Photoautomat which looked better then his awful pictures and by the way removed all blemishes ?. WORST Guy ever I advice everybody to never ever waste your money there it's literally worthless... Edit additional to all above the owner doesn't take any responsibility at all like you can see in the ridiculous answer. Maybe response to the WORTHLESS WRONG SIZED NOT USEABLE pictures again asking yo remove blemishes is not Photoshop but you don't know your job. I will never come back you don't need to ask me not to come back ... Not for 1 million Euro would i set a step in this unprofessional store again. I think that a Photoautomat picture had a better outcome then this what they called a Passport picture reflects enough of the professionalism and quality values of this awful "photographer" ps nobody yelled despite the old guy himself
