Nog maar niet te beginnen over de cookies, ontbrekende disclaimer op het juiste moment en termijnen van meer dan een jaar. De foto's digitaal zijn op zich redelijk qua prijs, maar de foto's op fotopapier zijn belachelijk duur. Ruim 2 keer de marktstandaard wanneer je zelf een digitale foto af laat drukken op hoogwaardig fotopapier bij de eerste de beste online printshop. Het bestel en leverproces van digitale foto's is ook jammerlijk. Bij het bestellen is er geen transparantie over de levering van enkel digitale foto's, waardoor je maar voor orderkosten kiest, terwijl dat eigenlijk nergens op slaat gezien de beschrijving. Daarna moet je allerlei persoonsgegevens invullen die ook helemaal niet van toepassing zijn voor enkel digitale foto's en hoor je als klant de optie te . De e-mail templates die worden gebruikt zijn ook heel erg verouderd en bevatten dode elementen. Dit ziet er zeer onprofessioneel uit. Ook zit er is het template voor digitale bestanden een lege link naar FotoC. Ik begin mijzelf ook af te vragen hoe de overige beveiliging is, wanneer het gaat om data en persoonsgegevens als ik naar de overige directe zichtbare data kijk van FotoC en Fifo Color. ++ Toevoeging na het lezen van de reactie ++ Helaas is lezen niet jullie forte. Ik kan het prima vergelijken, want jullie kwaliteit is 0% beter dan die van de eerste de beste printshop. Er zal vast veel tijd zitten in het maken van foto's, maar ook de eerste de beste amateurfotograaf zorgt dat mijn kind beter op de foto staat, dan jullie fotograaf. Jullie zijn gewoon belachelijk duur voor de dienst die jullie leveren. The ordering website is extremely cumbersome, slow and not at all adaptive to the resolution. The email templates used are also very outdated and contain dead elements. This looks very unprofessional. The template for digital files also contains an empty link to FotoC. I am also starting to wonder how the other security is when it comes to data and personal data when I look at the other directly visible data from FotoC and Fifo Color. ++ Addition after reading the comment ++ Unfortunately, reading is not your forte. I can compare it perfectly, because your quality is 0% better than that of the first print shop. There will probably be a lot of time taking pictures, but even the first amateur photographer makes sure that my child looks better in the picture than your photographer. You guys are just ridiculously expensive for the service you provide.
