Online een Canon body besteld bij Foto Grijpink omdat mijn 10 jaar oude was versleten, er een aantrekkelijke cashback actie was én omdat ik het liefst bij een kleine ondernemer bestel als deze niet veel duurder is. Bovendien was Foto Grijpink 1 van de goedkoopste.
Na de bestelling kwam ik erachter dat er een aanvullende cashback was als ik de body tegelijk met een bijbehorende lens zou kopen. Snelle reactie: "Geen probleem, maar dan kan ik de body en lens het beste als kit bestellen, dat is voordeliger". De lens bleek alleen niet op voorraad. Daarom hebben ze even voor mij naar Canon gebeld, om te kijken of deze alsnog besteld kon worden als onderdeel van een kit en de cashback actie. Perfect geregeld!
Daarnaast wilde ik alleen nog even een geschikte UV-filter voor de lens bestellen. Daarover zouden ze me nog nader informeren. In plaats daarvan kreeg ik het pakket netjes thuisgestuurd met het filter als Sinterklaascadeau.
Dit ging mijn verwachtingen ver te boven. Bij Foto Grijpink hebben ze niet allen ruim honderd jaar ervaring als fotovakhandel, maar is de klant ook nog steeds Koning. Top!
SERVICE with capital letters!!
Ordered a Canon body online at Foto Grijpink because my 10-year-old was worn out, there was an attractive cashback promotion and because I prefer to order from a small entrepreneur if it is not much more expensive. Moreover, Foto Grijpink was 1 of the cheapest.
After ordering, I found out that there was an additional cashback if I bought the body together with a matching lens. Quick response: "No problem, but then it is best to order the body and lens as a kit, which is cheaper". The lens turned out to be out of stock. That's why they called Canon for me to see if it could still be ordered as part of a kit and the cashback promotion. Perfectly arranged!
In addition, I just wanted to order a suitable UV filter for the lens. They would inform me further about that. Instead, I received the package neatly at home with the filter as a Sinterklaas gift.
This far exceeded my expectations. At Foto Grijpink, they not only have over a hundred years of experience as a professional photo retailer, but the customer is still King. Top!
