Al vrij direct een prachtig blauwborstje(s) als model voor de camera verschenen. Ik ben zeer tevreden!
Very helpful with the purchase of my camera. Good extensive advice with explanation received in the store. After all, it had been a long time since I was involved in photography.
Pretty immediately a beautiful bluethroat(s) appeared as a model in front of the camera. I'm very satisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze mensen begrijpen wat service is! Onlangs online een camera besteld, welke volgens de webshop op voorraad was. Helaas bleek de camera net verkocht, waarvan ik keurig op de hoogte gesteld werd. Er werd gevraagd of ik een paar daagjes geduld had, en na 3 daagjes kreeg ik de camera alsnog in huis. Om het "leed" van wat geduld opbrengen te verzachten kreeg ik een extra accu bij de camera, en een prachtige foto met een handgeschreven tekst om mij plezier te wensen met mijn aanschaf. These people understand what service is! Recently ordered a camera online, which according to the webshop was in stock. Unfortunately, the camera had just been sold, of which I was duly informed. I was asked if I had patience for a few days, and after 3 days I still received the camera. To ease the "suffering" of being patient, I got an extra battery with the camera, and a beautiful photo with a handwritten text to wish me pleasure with my purchase. Well, it certainly will. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a spotting scope and a tripod and had them delivered by postal service. The Kowa spotting scopes are cheaper than at any other retailer that I have found, so definetly worth going for at this shop.
The delivery was quick and safe, so it's definetly an option if you live abroad too.
What I liked the most though was the customer service. After a couple of months some of the tripods screws had become rusty, to which I emailed the store and was advised to send it in. They replaced the screws for free, and in less than two weeks (international parcel) I had my tripod back.
I would definetly recommend this store.
