★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience trying to get the digital copy of my passport photo that I got at the store. After 48+ hours and multiple calls, I still do not have the digital copy mailed to me.
The physical photos are decent but of little use for any online application that requires a high quality digital copy.
