★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kwam hier voor een gehoortest voor een van mijn kinderen. Wat opvalt, is dat de wachtruimte is berekend op de komst van kinderen. Er is voldoende speelgoed, koffie en thee voor de ouders, limonade voor de kinderen.
Het personeel is heel vriendelijk, en communiceert ook goed direct met de kinderen (in plaats van in derde persoon over het aanwezige kind te praten).
Ik ben erg over het bezoek te spreken, als we de reden van het bezoek buiten beschouwing laten.
I came here for a hearing test for one of my children. What is striking is that the waiting area is calculated for the arrival of children. There is plenty of toys, coffee and tea for the parents, lemonade for the children.
The staff is very friendly, and also communicates well directly with the children (instead of talking about the child present in a third person).
I am very pleased with the visit if we ignore the reason for the visit.
