31-06-21 contact opgenomen voor mijn dochter met een allergische reactie. Telefoniste Louise heeft ons zeer vriendelijk te woord gestaan. Ik voelde me erg gehoord. Bij vertrek heeft de beveiliger mij geholpen bij de parkeerautomaat nadat ik alleen contant bij me had. Goed geregeld! Louise topmedewerker!
Contacted 31-06-21 for my daughter with an allergic reaction. The operator Louise was very friendly to us. I felt very heard. On departure, the security guard helped me at the parking machine after I only had cash with me. Well settled! Louise top employee!

Arrived with my highly pregnant wife at the GP, first had to wait at the back of the building. we were waiting there for at least 1 hour in the car due to a positive covid infection..? Then we were called in. after we called twice it turned out that they had forgotten me... Once inside, the "doctor" in question is not really empathetic... my wife had serious complaints and was brushed off like that... and if that was not enough, my heavily pregnant wife had to withhold her urine because she was not allowed to go to the toilet .. Very embarrassing all.. Maybe the doctor in question should take a good look in the mirror.. ..

100€ for referal to a clinic where I was told to go back to the doctor, as it's the doctor's duty not theirs. Was also told by the doctor there is no test and nor cure. Pitty there is one, just not here.

The worst treatment ever, went to see doctor as a emergency visit. Doctor seen me and suggested he can't say what is wrong and said no emergency situation and requested me to see my personal GP and he will take the required course of action. For this consultation I paid 125 Euro's. I'm mean seriously I could have better googled the symptoms and would have got better responses..

The worst kind of treatment the person can get, this was no less than mental and physical torture for me. This morning, I was not well (still not well, but the incident really shook me up, so want to vent out)and was in extreme dispair when my husband called the hospital, they insisted on speaking with me to (maybe) evaluate my condition and came to a conclusion that it was required to see the doctor and gave us an appoitment immediately after 20min. It was a rainy day and I could not really walk properly but still I went to place because I was seeking ASAP relief. Immediatley after our arrival we were charged 98 euros as doctor consultation fees, which is fine if u get to see a doctor. There the nurse did the preliminary examination and she could not really understand what the problem was, and was going back and fro asking the doctor again and again what should be done. I was in real pain and asked her to call the doctor to which she refused. We asked if we could not see the doctor why did they charge the consultation fee for the same and rushed us here in this comdition. She said that the doctor would only be available at after 3hours. I had done so much effort to go to the hopital only because we were given a doctor appointment. This led to some argument after which the nurse got so furious that she refused to GIVE ME THE PRESCRIPTION and threw us out of the chamber. My husband was asking her that it was really neccesary to see the doctor and she BANGED THE DOOR CLOSE ON HIS FACE. After which we demanded the prescription to which the rude and arrogant receptionist shouted at me with all the attitude she had saved for the people in dispair that "why didn't you take a paracetamol if it is paining so much". Well, not all of us have medicines so handy madam, also I was not well and that is why I was given an appointment 20min post our call to the hospital. The people were not at all compassionate about my condition, were extremely RUDE AND ARROGANT, just thought that they could take the money and just not give us the prescription or do anything about the bleeding. I feel hospitals are there to take care of people's health and if they cannot do that well and treat people with such DISRESPECT and such arrogance at the time of need, it does not really qualify the defination of hospital. I really wish I knew the name of the nurse and receptionist, so I could quote it here for the world to know and if I had an option would give a rating of zero.

My 7 year old daughter had 39 degree fever for several days and was getting worse. They tested nothing, not even urine, and said (misdiagnosed) it was probably just a flu, even though classic flu symptoms like coughing and clogged sinuses were absent. A few days later her fever was running 40 degrees and we went to an alternate GP station. There they did a urine test and found an aggravated bladder infection. So thanks, worthless GP that can't even do a simple urine test on a very sick child.
