★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ga met mijn oude motor accu naar Fource automotive Margraten, (normaalgesproken haal ik deze bij de motoshop maar deze waren gesloten) zet deze op de balie en vraag voor dezelfde nieuwe. "Geen probleem hebben wij", zegt de verkoopmedewerker.
"Eerst vullen, dan minimaal 6 uren opladen dan installeren", krijg ik als advies.
Als ik hem vervolgens wil installeren, blijkt het toch de verkeerde te zijn!
Ik breng de accu terug naar de winkel en krijg als reactie "dan heb je pech" van de 'vriendelijke' medewerker. "Wij nemen deze niet terug, je hebt hem al opgeladen!"
Dit getuigt dan van specialisme en klantvriendelijkheid? ?
 I go with my old motor battery to Fource automotive Margraten, (normally I get this at the motoshop but these were closed) put it on the counter and ask for the same new one. "We have no problem," says the sales employee.
"First fill, then charge at least 6 hours then install", I get advice.
If I then want to install it, it turns out to be the wrong one!
I bring the battery back to the store and the response is "then you're out of luck" from the 'friendly' employee. "We will not take it back, you have already charged it!"
This testifies to specialism and customer-friendliness? ?
