★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escribo el mismo comentario que en SAFENED, ya que es la. misma empresa con sede en Amsterdam y Barcelona.
Después de trabajar durante más de 10 años, jamás había visto una empresa más desorganizada y peor que ésta: Jefes incompetentes y carentes de empatía, que desconocen tanto el respeto al trabajador como a las leyes españolas, ofreciendo “ascensos” a personas sin experiencia previa en el rol poniéndoles el nombre de “seniors”, cuya única función es la empresa es la de ejercer de topo y controlar y contar a los jefes todo lo que hacen y dicen sus compañeros por la mísera cantidad de 26.000 € brutos anuales (siendo éste el salario más alto de los trabajadores en esta empresa y cobrando el resto unos 21.000 €).
Cuando empezaron las críticas negativas de antiguas empleadas hacia Safened en Google y en diferentes plataformas, incitaron a los “ascendidos” poner reviews positivas para mejorar su puntuación y posicionamiento y además, después de esto, la empresa también decidió cambiar su nombre a “Fourthline” para intentar lograr las ansiadas 5 estrellas en las reviews para mejorar su imagen de cara a clientes potenciales.
Trabajas en horarios rotativos que cambian de manera DIARIA. Los turnos empiezan a las 6:30 de la mañana y terminan a las 23:30 de la noche de Lunes a Domingo, es decir, puedes trabajar el lunes a las 6:30, el martes a las 9:00, el miércoles a las 15:00, el jueves a las 12:00 y así cada día durante el resto de tu vida en esta empresa.
La pausa no pagada de comida comienza a partir de las 10:30 de la mañana y por supuesto, no puedes elegir el horario, por lo tampoco vas a tener el mismo horario de comida: un día puedes comer a las 10:30 y al día siguiente a las 13:00.
No hay conciliación entre vida laboral y personal, ya que aparte de estos horarios, descansas días diferentes cada semana (y a veces ni descansas los dos días seguidos). Tampoco tienes posibilidad de reducción de jornada. Si te niegas a estar disponible 24/7 te meten en su despacho para indicarte que “no estás lo suficientemente implicado con la empresa y que por eso no vas a ascender” es decir, buscan tener esclavos.
Existen “puestos superiores” a los que hay posicionarse pero en los que no existe cambio de sueldo, sólo “cambio de rango” en los que trabajas más y cobras lo mismo. El convenio aplicado indica que los sábados a partir de las 14:00 y los domingos se deben cobrar como horas extra y aún estamos esperando respuesta por parte de la empresa desde hace más de dos meses (respuesta que nunca llegará ya que nunca responden a nada).
Tampoco han respetado la jornada intensiva que se debe hacer en Agosto según el convenio al que se han adherido.
Aparte de todo lo anteriormente nombrado, no se permiten móviles, y en los ordenadores no tenéis ni acceso a google o a un traductor. Las taquillas se encuentran en un piso superior, donde tenéis que dejar todas vuestras pertenencias cada día antes de entrar y hacer login, por lo que tenéis que llegar unos 15 minutos antes de vuestra jornada para que no os amonesten.
No se os permite ni tener una chaqueta en vuestra silla y la taquilla no es propia, así que no podéis dejar cosas de un día para otro ni quedaros con la llave. Os pasareis 8 horas (a cualquier hora y día de la semana como he indicado anteriormente) mirando fijamente a una pantalla con “superiores” gritándoos que trabajéis más rápido, cuándo hacer el break, cuándo comer y dándoos constantemente feedback negativo.
Es una empresa que está destinada y condenada al fracaso absoluto, ya que fracasa tanto a nivel estructural, como a nivel humano. Hay muchas empresas ofreciendo los mismos servicios y pagando mucho mejor, pero sobretodo con mucho más nivel humano.

After working for more than 10 years, I had never seen a company that was more disorganized and worse than this: incompetent bosses lacking empathy, who ignore both respect for the worker and Spanish laws, offering “promotions” to people without previous experience in the role by giving them the name of "seniors", whose sole function is the company is to act as a mole and control and tell the bosses everything they do and say their peers for the mere amount of € 26,000 gross per year (this being the highest salary of workers in this company and charging the rest about € 21,000).
When the negative reviews of former employees towards Safened on Google and on different platforms began, they encouraged the “promoted” to put positive reviews to improve their score and positioning and also, after this, the company also decided to change its name to “Fourthline” to try to achieve the desired 5 stars in the reviews to improve their image for potential customers.
You work on rotating schedules that change DAILY. The shifts start at 6:30 in the morning and end at 23:30 at night from Monday to Sunday, that is, you can work Monday at 6:30, Tuesday at 9:00, Wednesday at 15:00, Thursday at 12:00 and so every day for the rest of your life in this company.
The unpaid meal break starts from 10:30 in the morning and of course, you cannot choose the schedule, so you will not have the same meal schedule: one day you can eat at 10:30 and at Next day at 1:00 p.m.
There is no reconciliation between work and personal life, since apart from these schedules, you rest different days each week (and sometimes you do not rest the two days in a row). You also do not have the possibility of reducing the working day. If you refuse to be available 24/7 they put you in their office to indicate that “you are not sufficiently involved with the company and that is why you will not ascend” that is, they seek to have slaves.
There are “higher positions” to which you have to position yourself but in which there is no change of salary, only “change of rank” in which you work more and charge the same. The agreement applied indicates that Saturdays after 2:00 pm and Sundays must be charged as overtime and we are still waiting for a response from the company for more than two months (answer that will never come since they never respond to anything ).
Nor have they respected the intensive day that should be done in August according to the agreement to which they have adhered.
Apart from all the above, no cell phones are allowed, and you don't have access to Google or a translator on computers. The ticket offices are located on an upper floor, where you have to leave all your belongings every day before entering and logging in, so you have to arrive about 15 minutes before your day so that you are not admonished.
You are not allowed to have a jacket in your chair and the ticket office is not your own, so you cannot leave things overnight or keep the key. You will spend 8 hours (at any time and day of the week as I indicated above) staring at a screen with "superiors" shouting to you to work faster, when to break, when to eat and constantly giving negative feedback.
It is a company that is destined and doomed to absolute failure, since it fails both structurally and humanly. There are many companies offering the same services and paying much better, but above all with much more human level.

- First of all, be careful with the “good reviews”. Those are fake reviews made to counter the real ones (on LinkedIn you can see who has made the reviews).
- Also, it’s important to say that this company has changed its name. Its previous name was: Safened B.V. If you google it you will be able to see more reviews ;)
- Very unprofessional: they promote people, but they pretend that the promotion doesn’t exist. For example: some people changed from CDD Analyst to CDD Investigator (with different tasks and responsibilities) and they didn’t get any salary increase or any change in their contracts. Another example, some people joined the Fraud team (also with different tasks and responsibilities) and also didn’t get any salary increase, …
- If you work Sundays or during the night (after 10pm) they don’t pay more.
- They treat people like machines: they only care about the numbers, they have no empathy at all. They control all the breaks (the screen breaks and the meal break), so for example if you are hungry at 9pm and you want to have dinner at that time, you can’t do it if there’s another person having dinner. They don’t respect people’s preferences regarding the schedules: they want you to be available to work from Monday to Sunday, including mornings and evenings. Also to take into consideration, a lot of times the free days are not together.
