Wij nemen en maken graag tijd voor onze cliënten. Dit gebeurd middels vooraf gemaakte afspraken. De afspraak wordt bevestigd via e-mail en sms. U ontvangt een aantal dagen voor uw afspraak een herinnering. Voor een niet nagekomen afspraak kunnen kosten in rekening gebracht worden. Het is dus belangrijk om van te voren uw afspraak te annuleren. Minimaal 24 uur (1 werkdag) bij korte afspraken van minder dan 30 minuten en minimaal 48 uur (2 werkdagen) bij lange afspraken van meer dan 30 minuten.

Goede uitleg met ook geruststelling, zeer kundig te werk, nieuwste apparatuur en super professioneel. Vorige week mijn eerste wortelkanaal behandeling gehad (wat een specialist!). Zag er best tegenop, maar ben zo fijn geholpen, liep lachend de praktijk uit. Voor mij nooit meer een andere tandarts, ik kom er speciaal voor uit Amsterdam, dat is het zooooo waard!! Best dentist ever !! I always fear the dentist, but B. Kianzad makes me feel 100% familiar. Good explanation with reassurance, very skilled, newest equipment and super professional. Had my first root canal treatment last week (what a specialist!). Was quite afraid, but I was helped so much, walked out of the practice laughing. Never another dentist for me, I come from Amsterdam especially for that, it is sooooo worth it !!

Ik kan niet oordelen over de ervaring van anderen, maar sommige negatieve reviews hieronder lijken mij nep en volledig onvoorstelbaar... Wat ik wel kan adviseren: * Geef -vooraf- duidelijkheid aan onverzekerde klanten. Houd dus meer rekening met mensen die het -mogelijk- niet kunnen betalen. * Draag onderling beter over zodat de patient/klant het verhaal niet nogmaals hoeft te vertellen. Tandartsbezoeken zijn al spannend genoeg; het geef rust wanneer er een grondig dossier is. Alsnog: Top! Ik ga nooit meer ergens anders.... Just a great practice. Personal and collaborative. But more importantly: Good work is being done! I can't judge the experience of others, but some of the negative reviews below seem fake and completely unimaginable to me ... What I can advise: * Provide - in advance - clarity to uninsured customers. So take more account of people who - possibly - can't afford it. * Communicate better so that the patient / customer does not have to tell the story again. Dental visits are exciting enough; it gives peace when there is a thorough file. Still: Great! I will never go anywhere else again ....

Had root canal treatment, could go earlier because someone dropped out, treatment went smoothly and pleasant, everything was explained calmly, pleasant dentist and assistant.

Er is onderling overleg zodat ieders expertise aan bod komt om een zo goed mogelijk resultaat te behalen. Kortom.....een aanrader Zeer zeker voor mensen met een tandarts angst !! What a fine expert dentists in this Practice. Very cared for, friendly and they make the time to guide you calmly. There is mutual consultation so that everyone's expertise is discussed in order to achieve the best possible result. In short..... a must Especially for people with a dentist fear!!

Perfect, for me and my family. He also indicated to us one place for ours kids( really good). I also need remove one siso when I'm pregnant and they did good, I have no one pain after and not even bleed.To me is the best dentist I have been, because in every country find a good dentist is like a Lotto, In glad that we find. Unfortunately I can't give more than 5 stars.

In the beginning (about 2 yrs ago) I chose other dental clinic than Fraai around the neighbourhood due to cost price. If you now have the same thought as I did, I would like to say that at Fraai I am making a very good investment for my mouth and dental health.
