Mij heeft ze geholpen bij het helder krijgen van keuzes in mijn werk/studie en persoonlijk leven. Ze heeft handige en leuke ideeën om met dingen om te gaan.
From experience I can say that Francien is an excellent coach. She is good at listening, asking questions and careful in reporting. I think she helped clear choices in getting my work / study and personal life. She has handy and fun ideas for dealing with things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb bij Francien het werkbalanstraject gevolgd. Herstellen gaat stap voor stap, maar ik ben ontzettend blij dat Francien daarin naast me stond. Wekelijks hadden we online contact, dat heeft me veel opgeleverd. Concreet: mezelf bevragen 'wat wil ik echt', zaken bekijken vanuit meerdere perspectieven, heel veel praktische en concrete tips, het herstellen van balans door goede zelfzorg. En vooral heeft ze mij geholpen om zelf de regie te pakken (in werk maar ook privé) door vooral steeds kleine stapjes te zetten vanuit wie ik ben en dat heel concreet te maken met bewuste acties en concreet gedrag. Een echte aanrader!!!
I followed the work balance process at Francien. Recovery is a step-by-step process, but I am very happy that Francien was next to me. We had weekly online contact, which has yielded a lot to me. In concrete terms: asking myself 'what do I really want', looking at things from multiple perspectives, lots of practical and concrete tips, restoring balance through good self-care. And above all, she helped me to take control myself (in work but also in my private life) by always taking small steps from who I am and making that very concrete with conscious actions and concrete behavior. Highly recommended!!!
