★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij het aan meten van de op maat gemaakte gehoorbescherming werd er redelijk geholpen en geïnformeerd als je zelf maar naar de juiste dingen vraagt. Echter bij het afhalen van de gehoorbescherming werd er geen enkele informatie gegeven omtrent het indoen, gebruik, onderhoud en eventuele verzekering. Nog erger is dat er zonder dat je er naar vraagt geen lektest word gedaan om te controleren of de de gehoorbeschermers goed afsluiten (dit is een essentiële controle voor een goede werking).
Ik raad niemand aan hier gehoorbescherming te kopen.
When measuring custom-made hearing protection, reasonable help and information was provided if you asked for the right things yourself. However, when collecting the hearing protection, no information was given regarding collection, use, maintenance and possible insurance. Even worse is that without you asking for it, no leakage test is done to check whether the hearing protectors close properly (this is an essential check for proper functioning).
I do not recommend anyone to buy hearing protection here.

Uiterst vriendelijk ontvangen en zonder kosten zijn mijn gehoorapparaatjes schoon gemaakt.
Service bestaat dus nog!
Neat, almost stately store.
My hearing aids were cleaned extremely friendly and at no cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een keurig uitziende zaak met heel goede medewerkers. Pas alleen op met hetgeen ze beloven want daar klopt weinig van. Bij mij werd schriftelijk medegedeeld dat zij een teruggave bedrag zouden regelen met mijn verzekeringsmaatschappij t.w. ONVZ, Daar hoefde ik niets aan te doen. ONVZ wist van niets, heeft ook nooit betaald. Zelf heb ik het bedrag van mijn laatste rekening aan ze afgetrokken. Belofte maakt schuld! Ook berekenen zij een behoorlijk bedrag voor garantie die gratis moet zijn. Ik heb via deze firma Signia oordoppen geleverd gekregen die geschikt voor mij zijn. Zij leverden daarbij in-oor dopjes die onbruikbaar zijn omdat ze veel te hard zijn. Eventuele bewijsstukken ben ik bereid op te sturen. Dus, wees voorzichtig en maak goede afspraken en controleer vooral de afrekening!
A neat looking place with very good employees. Only be careful with what they promise because there is little of it. I was informed in writing that they would arrange a refund with my insurance company viz. ONVZ, I did not have to do anything about that. ONVZ knew nothing about it and never paid. I myself deducted the amount from my last bill. A promise is a promise! They also charge a considerable amount for the guarantee, which must be free. I have received Signia earplugs that are suitable for me through this company. They supplied in-ear plugs that are unusable because they are much too hard. I am willing to send any supporting documents. So, be careful and make good agreements and especially check the bill!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer goed geholpen met het aanmeten van nieuwe hoortoestellen. Professioneel en vriendelijk. Personeel denkt te allen tijde mee, niets is hen teveel.
De service is precies zoals je hoopt wanneer je de prachtige zaak op het Gelderlandplein binnenstapt. Voor mij nimmer meer een andere audicien.
Very helpful with fitting new hearing aids. Professional and friendly. Staff think along at all times, nothing is too much for them.
The service is exactly what you hope for when you enter the beautiful store on Gelderlandplein. Never another hearing care professional for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very nice experience here. I was visiting Amsterdam on business and one of my Bernafon hearing aids clogged up. I explained the problem and the man behind the counter asked for my hearing aids and cleaned them out and replaced the parts. It was very fast and when I asked how much I owed him he said nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly service but the custom made earplugs I bought block zero noise because there is no seal, so for EUR 135 I am back to using disposable foam earplugs unfortunately! Therefore I would suggest not taking the custom earplugs route.
