Ik vroeg om nummer bord ertzing op alle ramen en zij gaan het doen zonder extra kosten voor mij. Vind ik zeer correct en fantastisch. Jammer dat Chaam zo ver weg is van Almere anders zou ik mijn onderhoud in de toekomst ook daar laten doen. Vr. Groet mevr van den Bosch. Treated very correctly. Be very honest. We mochten meteen terug komen en kregen uitstekende service doordat er op beide achterwielen nieuwe remschijven en blokken werden gezet wat binnen de garantie viel. Ik kan niemand geen betere garage adviseren als Frank Oomen met onze complimenten naar de auto monteurs! Bought a car from this garage. A little later we noticed a scraping noise at the brake disc. We were allowed to come back immediately and received excellent service because new brake discs and pads were put on both rear wheels, which was covered by the warranty. I can't advise anyone a better garage than Frank Oomen with our compliments to the car mechanics!

Steeds zelf erachteraan gebeld. Brutaal te woord gestaan; dan mag je ergens anders zoeken & ik heb het ontzettend druk. Heel jammer want als er uiteindelijk op een normale manier was gecommuniceerd, dan was het niet eens erg geweest dat ze geen auto voor me konden vinden. Service is vreselijk. Jammer want anders zou ik voor elke beurt en keuring er heen gaan gezien ik 80.000 km per jaar rijd. Extremely bad help. Very clearly indicated what kind of car I am looking for. On the condition that my car is traded in. Waited over two weeks for response. Always called back. Brutally spoken to; then you may look elsewhere & I am extremely busy. It's a shame because if there had been normal communication in the end, it wouldn't have even mattered that they couldn't find a car for me. Service is horrible. De heren bij Frank Oomen hebben alles in werking gesteld om het op te lossen met succes. In de tussentijd een leenauto meegekregen. Al met al een fijne ervaring. Citroën DS4 bought negotiate and sell somewhat stiff but in the end an agreement. After 90km something went wrong with the turbo. The gentlemen at Frank Oomen have done everything they can to solve it successfully. In the meantime, I got a loaner car. All in all a nice experience.

In addition, the starter is also to be replaced at the moment and I do not know what else ... But the employee of this point I would like to emphasize that he guaranteed us that the car is good and driveable ... How can you deceive people like that ... !!!!
