I bought only two items from the online store, the first time a pair of Incotex dress pants and the second time a pair of Paraboot Avoriaz boots. I was not crazy about the Incotex, as the quality was significantly inferior to the Incotex you find in North America. I did, however, like the Paraboot, as it was ideal for the harsh Canadian winter.
Soon after receiving the Paraboot, I contacted the store to find out if it was possible for me to order another pair in a different colour. They didn’t even bother to answer the email. Once before, as I was about to leave for the Netherlands for my summer vacation, I had asked them if they offered made-to-order (MTO) Finamore shirts, and they had ignored that query as well.
It seems the store policy is 'buy what we offer and don’t ask any questions'.

My credit card was refused since they suspected the purchase fraudulent, payment through paypal, which they insisted on instead, was also refused/refunded with no explanation and inquiries as to why this is happening went unanswered. Incredible for a store that purports to sell high end clothing. Maybe I had bad luck but the lack of customer care is unforgivable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing shop! With excellent quality clothes and reliable designers. One of the very few top-notch clothing shops in Europe. The only reason I removed a star is due to their return and no-exchange policies, so make sure you’re getting your size or else it will be hefty bill with return and shipping costs incurred on you. Hope they'll work on their bookkeeping system soon and be more flexible and allowing exchange for a better online experience.
