★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel slecht geholpen. Mijn pakket is naar het verkeerde land verzonden. Toen ik terug kwam voor een uitleg. Deden ze heel arrogant en agressief. Totaal onprofessioneel. Ik raad niemand aan om hier te komen!
 Helped very badly. My package has been shipped to the wrong country. When I came back for an explanation. They acted very arrogant and aggressive. Totally unprofessional. I don't recommend anyone to come here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ze zijn heel erg onbeschoft en agressief aan de telefoon en in de winkel zelf!
Onprofessionele mensen werken daar door hun gedrag, zullen ze ooit de verkeerde tegen komen.
Ze weten niet van ophouden of met hun klanten om te gaan.
Ze verdienen niet eens 1 ster walgelijke winkel en de mensen die daar werken.
Altijd zijn ze boos en chagrijnig dan voorwat werk je precies? En dan heb ik het over die 3 kleinemeisjes want zo gedragen zij zich. 1 lijkt op een heks met rimpels en zo gedraagt ze zich ook, en de ander is net zo lelijk net als haar gedrag die ze heeft vertoond vandaag, haar dochter zelfde. Waar mijn kinderen bij waren vertoonde zij asociaal gedrag, die je niet hoort te vertonen als een winkelmedewerker! KAN NIET! De ‘meisjes’ hadden 1 geluk dat ik met mijn kinderen was, anders was het anders afgelopen. Ik raad ten zeerste aan om ‘deze winkel’ te vermijden. Deze mensen moeten eerst een cursus gaan volgen hoe ze met klanten om moeten gaan, want dat kunnen ze niet. Ik zou maar nieuwe werknemers aan nemen, in deze corona tijd kan je zulke mensen niet in de winkel laten werken.
They are very very rude and aggressive on the phone and in the shop itself!
Unprofessional people work there by their behavior, will they ever meet the wrong one.
They don't know how to stop or deal with their customers.
They don't even deserve 1 star disgusting shop and the people who work there.
They are always angry and grumpy for what exactly do you work? And I'm talking about those 3 little girls because that's how they behave. 1 looks like a witch with wrinkles and she behaves that way, and the other is just as ugly as her behavior she has exhibited today, her daughter same. In front of my children she showed anti-social behavior, which you should not show as a store employee! CAN NOT! The 'girls' were lucky that I was with my children, otherwise it would have ended differently. I strongly recommend avoiding 'this shop'. These people first have to take a course on how to deal with customers, because they can't do that. I would only hire new employees, in this corona time you can't let such people work in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sorry to see that in 2018, in Amsterdam, after all these public discussions, they still decorate their shop with racist black-faced dolls/ zwartepiet and sell stickers with black-face painted figures. I will find another post office/ office supply shop if they continue to do so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped a package off here two weeks ago to be sent via mondial relay and she never scanned the code to indicate that the package had been sent nor did I receive a confirmation (such as a receipt) that she had sent it. It’s been two weeks and the package still hasn’t arrived in France. According to mondial relay I should have received a code the moment I dropped off the package....
