Bij Frency had ik gelijk het gevoel dat dit super tof zou worden, tijdens de shoot over al mijn (fotografie) ambities gesproken, letterlijk uit de kleren gegaan en geen moment mijzelf ongemakkelijk gevoeld! Wat is dit een top VROUW! En dan de REVEAL ✨, Frency zetten het nummer op “All of me” (onbewust!) waar ik heel veel goede herinneringen aan heb.. KIPPENVEL! En WAUW wat een mooie beelden! Wat was ik TROTS op mijzelf, dankzij JOU! Voor iedereen die twijfelt! Niet meer nadenken, niet meer uitstellen, gewoon DOEN! What a FAN-TAS-TI-SCHE experience! With Frency I immediately had the feeling that this would be super cool, I talked about all my (photography) ambitions during the shoot, literally took off my clothes and never felt uncomfortable for a moment! What a great WOMAN this is! And then the REVEAL ✨, Frency puts the song on “All of me” (unconsciously!) which I have a lot of fond memories of.. GOOSE SKINS! And WOW what beautiful images! I was SO PROUD of myself, thanks to YOU! For anyone who doubts! No more thinking, no more procrastinating, just DO IT! Vanaf het eerste contact moment voelde ik mezelf gehoord en gezien waardoor ik me meteen op mijn gemak voelde en volledig kon zakken in mijn lichaam. Heel het proces van de boudoir experience was een ware healing voor mezelf als vrouw. De naakte waarheid, voorbij alle maskers. Ik in mijn meest pure vorm. Alle woorden gaan voorbij aan wat er ontstond in de studio. Er ontstond werkelijk magie, alsof tijd en ruimte niet meer bestond. Vol overgave liet ik me lijden door Francy en haar camera spelend, dansend, kwetsbaar en puur volledig in mijn kracht. Ik gun iedere vrouw dit cadeau, ook jij bent het waard om te stralen. Dankbaar voor deze geweldige ervaring, een herinnering voor de rest van mijn leven. Vanuit liefde, Maaike Warmth, love, safety, vulnerability, purity and a dose of enthusiasm. These are the ingredients with which Francy makes the difference. From the first moment of contact I felt myself heard and seen so that I immediately felt at ease and could completely sink into my body. The whole process of the boudoir experience was a true healing for myself as a woman. The naked truth, beyond all masks. Me in my purest form. All words are beyond what was created in the studio. Magic really happened, as if time and space no longer existed. Full of devotion I let Francy and her camera suffer, playing, dancing, vulnerable and purely completely in my strength. Als zaken vrouw sta ik altijd mijn “mannetje” maar om mezelf kwetsbaar op te stellen tijdens een shoot was toch anders. Ik moet zeggen dat ik genoten heb van de dag en superblij was met het prachtige resultaat! Het heeft mijn zelfbeeld positief beïnvloed en mijzelf bewuster gemaakt van “eigen kracht” want schoonheid komt grotendeels van binnen. En nou juist DAT weet Frency vast te leggen met haar camera. Daarom kan ik het iedereen aanraden, gewoon doen en vertrouw op je eigen kracht! I got the boudoir shoot from my dear husband. As a business woman I always stand my ground, but to make myself vulnerable during a shoot was different. I have to say that I enjoyed the day and was super happy with the beautiful result! It has positively influenced my self-image and made me more aware of "own strength" because beauty largely comes from within. And just THAT is what Frency knows how to capture with her camera. That's why I can recommend it to everyone, just do it and trust your own strength!

Waar ik bij het maken van de eerste foto nog kippenvel had, kon ik bij de laatste setting de wereld aan. Beyoncé maak plaats. Frency geeft je dat gevoel. Ze is enthousiast, spontaan en de beste in haar vak. Ze gaf me zelfvertrouwen juist door zelf haar kwetsbaarheid te tonen. De naakte waarheid. En die mag er zijn. De foto's zijn echt fantastisch. Ik ben zo trots en zo blij met het resultaat dat ik ze aan (bijna) iedereen laat zien ;-) Dankjewel Frency! YOU ROCK! From SWALLOW to FLASH to WOW, what a KICK! My boudoir shoot at Frency was truly an experience. While I still had goosebumps when taking the first photo, I could take on the world with the last setting. Beyonce make way. Frency gives you that feeling. She is enthusiastic, spontaneous and the best in her field. She gave me confidence precisely by showing her vulnerability. The naked truth. And there may be. The photos are really fantastic. I am so proud and so happy with the result that I show them to (almost) everyone ;-) Thank you Frency! YOU ROCK!

Ik vond het van tevoren best spannend maar die spanning was snel weg want Frency laat je meteen op je gemak voelen… Ik voelde me op en top vrouw tijdens de shoot en ze haalt uit de kast voor dé perfecte plaatjes. Onzekerheid die ik heb over bepaalde delen van mijn lichaam kwamen tijdens de reveal voor mij wel weer naar voren maar gelukkig worden en zoveel foto’s gemaakt dat ik meer dan voldoende foto’s overhield om uit te kiezen waar ik me het prettigst bij voelde! Een aanrader voor iedereen die eens echt ME-time wilt hebben en het mooiste van zichzelf naar voren wilt laten komen!! Thanks Frency voor deze fijne ervaring en de perfect pics! ? Frances is top notch! I thought it was quite exciting beforehand, but that tension quickly disappeared because Frency immediately makes you feel at ease… I felt completely woman during the shoot and she pulls out of the closet for the perfect pictures. Insecurity I have about certain parts of my body did come up for me during the reveal but being happy and taking so many photos that I was left with more than enough photos to choose what I felt most comfortable with! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to have some real ME-time and let the best of themselves come forward!! Thanks Frency for this great experience and the perfect pics!

Ik ben helemaaaaal niet comfortabel voor de camera, maar dat is bij Frency echt geen probleem. Je voelt je meteen op je gemak, ze geeft goede instructies en weet zonder dat je al te veel hoeft te poseren precies de goede momenten te pakken. Ik wist niet dat ik er zo uit kon zien op een foto en dat met een 33 weken buikje. Was een top ervaring en zou het iedereen aanraden! Always wanted to do a photo shoot and now I thought my pregnancy was a good reason. I'm not comfortable in front of the camera at all, but that's really no problem with Frency. You immediately feel at ease, she gives good instructions and knows exactly the right moments without having to pose too much. I didn't know I could look like this in a picture with a 33 week belly. Was a great experience and would recommend it to anyone!

Dus toen m’n hubby zei; schat ga een keer een shoot doen, lijkt me super gaaf, heb ik gelijk een afspraak gemaakt! Eindelijk was de dag daar, ik was niet nerveus, had er juist veel zin in, de setting was super relaxt en ik stond overal voor open, ik wilde vooral classy sexy semi blote foto’s ! Dus kom maar op ? Frency stelt je vanaf ‘t begin op je gemak en bespreekt alles met je! Het resultaat mag er dan ook zijn! Beetje bloot maar nét niks zichtbaar, I like ❤️ Dus mocht je twijfelen? Niet doen, gun jezelf dit, Frency laat je zien hoe mooi je bent ? I never like myself in a picture, photogenic? No, that's hard to find with me, although I'm comfortable in my skin and happy with my body ? So when my hubby said; darling I'm going to do a shoot sometime, seems super cool, I made an appointment right away! Finally the day had arrived, I wasn't nervous, I was really looking forward to it, the setting was super relaxed and I was open to everything, I especially wanted classy sexy semi naked photos! So come on Frency puts you at ease right from the start and discusses everything with you! The result may then be also be! A bit naked but just barely visible, I like ❤️ So if you have any doubts? Don't, give yourself this, Frency will show you how beautiful you are
I	Ine Hermans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb echt een fantastische fotoshoot bij Frency gehad! Ik was er al maanden zenuwachtig voor en tegelijkertijd verheugde is me er enorm op. Op de dag van de shoot heb ik me alleen maar heel mooi gevoeld, geen moment onzeker. Frency is erg complimenteus, geeft duidelijke aanwijzingen en we hebben de hele shoot lekker gekletst. Gewoon chill. Alles ging van zelf, terwijl ik totaal geen modellenervaring heb. Af en toe dacht Frency dat ik leniger was dan dat ik daadwerkelijk ben en moest ik me in onmogelijke poses wringen ?, maar toen ik de foto's zag, begreep ik waarom: wauw! Mijn partner en ik waren beiden bij de reveal en het was supermoeilijk om een keuze te maken uit de vele prachtige foto's. Wat was ik trots... en mijn vriend nog meer! Op de terugweg moesten we allebei een traantje wegpinken: echte, eerlijke, kwetsbare en tegelijkertijd krachtige foto's, ik zag mezelf precies zoals ik ben. En dat doet wat met je! Ik heb al vele vrienden en vriendinnen getipt om ook een shoot bij Frency te doen. Want dit moet iedereen minimaal 1 keer in zijn leven hebben meegemaakt. Het is zooo goed voor je eigenwaarde en zelfvertrouwen! I had a really fantastic photoshoot with Frency! I had been nervous about it for months and at the same time I was really looking forward to it. On the day of the shoot I just felt very beautiful, not a moment insecure. Frency is very complimentary, gives clear directions and we chatted throughout the shoot. Just chill. Everything went by itself, while I have no modeling experience at all. At times Frency thought I was more agile than I actually am and had to squeeze into impossible poses , but when I saw the photos I understood why: wow! My partner and I were both at the reveal and it was super difficult to choose from the many beautiful photos. How proud I was... and my friend even more so! On the way back we both had to shed a tear: real, honest, vulnerable and at the same time powerful photos, I saw myself exactly as I am. And that does something to you! I have already tipped many friends to do a shoot at Frency. Everyone has to experience this at least once in their life. It's sooo good for your self-esteem and confidence!
