They solved half of my case where they confirmed the rent was reduced and then never replied back to any email or phone call. I try to reach them for 2 months.. no hope.
Do not recommend as i cannot reach them in any way.. don't know what to do now :/
I feel so disappointed , it really seemed to work, but actually no.

We are so grateful for her services and see someone do something about the current housing situation. I went to Frently through a reccomandation from a friend and now I reccomended it to all my friends and coworkers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frently went above and beyond to get justice from a very nasty landlord who used all the possible methods to discourage me from exercising my rights to a fair deal and return of overpayment. Guys in Frently, especially Denise, were exceptional in handling my case, with all delays due to Covid and outrageous lack of cooperation and malevolence from the landlord. They won the case in the end, even though it seemed impossible in some moments.
I am more than recommending this agency, don’t be afraid to ask for justice, there are many bad landlords using the advantage of accommodation shortage in Groningen, don’t be their victim, go to Frently!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As their name suggests, they are really friendly and involved into housing law consultancy.
I contacted them in 2019 because I thought I wasn't paying a fair price for the place I rented. They were soon helpful, explained everything clearly, visited my place, checked everything in it, and found out exactly why the place wasn't worth that price and how much I was supposed to pay. I received a clear description of what was wrong with my house and what they could do in order to reduce my rent price so I decided to let them start the procedure. The spread of covid19 slowed everything down but at the end I was more than satisfied with the result (rent price was considerably reduced). I recommend Frently to anyone who has doubt about their rent and do not want to be eaten by landlords and/or agencies. They are great, thank you again!
