★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good, and the working stuff is nice. The rent is relatively cheaper compared to other housing agencies in Eindhoven.
The negative point is that only one elevator is available and it breaks down very often! Almost twice a month!
You have to share a vacuum cleaner with others on the same floor, sometimes it’s gone.
You can smell what your neighbor cooked for dinner, from your bathroom, which I didn’t really enjoy.
