★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komen helaas hun eigen afspraken / algemene voorwaarden niet na.
Er wordt in de alv een CPI-indexatie afgesproken op een bepaalde referentiemaand, maar daarvan wordt afgeweken ten gunste van een voor hen hogere indexatie. Indien hiervan afgeweken wordt, zouden vooraf de kostenverhogende omstandigheden gecommuniceerd moeten worden, wat niet is gebeurd. Ze geven hun ongelijk niet toe; zwak verhaal. Jammer.

A CPI indexation is agreed in the GMA for a specific reference month, but this is deviated from in favor of a higher indexation for them. If this is deviated from, the cost-increasing circumstances would have to be communicated in advance, which has not happened. They don't admit they're wrong; weak story. Too bad.
